空港から近く送迎もしっかりしているので助かりました。

空港から近く、バーガーショップも近い。WI-FIも強いので、動画が見れてとても良かった。朝食も美味しく頂けました。スタッフもしっかりしてました。

バスタオル有料で40ブル チェックアウト時に取られました。 先に言ってくれたらいいのに。 あと9時頃朝食に行くと、ほとんど残っていません

夜は煩いが、空港まで近く、あまり渋滞にも巻き込まれないため便利。空港まで無料シャトルがあります。 ホテルの近くにはエドナモールや教会、カフェ等あるので、徒歩圏内で散策も可能。 あまり綺麗ではありませんが、出発前日に泊まるのに、オススメです。

空港送迎無料となっていますが、予約してもどこにも来てなく結局タクシーで向かうことになります…。 エチオピアでは当たり前なのかもしれませんが、部屋は写真とはかけ離れていて古く汚いです。部屋には蚊が何匹もいて、窓も壊れているので次々入って来るので、安心して寝ることはできません。 ホテルの周りはとにかく危険だととめられ外にもれられずでした…。 ただホテルの受付の女性の感じはよかったです。 トータル的に見て二度と泊まろうとは思いません。

最初の４泊を予約してホテルに着くと部屋が満室といわれ、近くの値段の高いホテルに移動させられた。８泊を追加で予約し５日目にこちらに移ったらこちらのほうが部屋が広く清潔で大変良かった。部屋にコンセントが多くあり機器の充電に便利である。スタッフの対応もよくまた利用したい。

商用で利用しました。飲食店にも近く便利な立地でした。特によかったのは朝食です。野菜がたっぷり食べられて、味付けも非常に良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

Peaceful.

Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep.

Anyone checking in this hotel need to be carefull. They will scum you by let you check in 30 minutes early then when you check out they will charge you 1 day extra

Trinity hotel is my favorite hotel whenever I am in Addis, which is several times a year. It is very well located, close to the airport and within easy walking distance of shops an restaurants. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is a relatively small and inexpensive hotel that has been there for many years. Recent expansion and ongoing renovation only makes it better.

Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Noisy place day and night. Don’t spend your money at this horrible place.

They stole some of my property. Will not go back again.

Only location advantage and the staff are nice but cleaness of the rooms is poor water was not available during the day time

Upon arriving at the airport i had a very tough time finding the shuttle bus that was supposed to take me to the hotel despite making prior arrangements. The staff and cleaners are nice with the hotel located at a busy intersection across edna mall with plenty of shops around. The Achilles heel to my experience that lead me to give this hotel a poor review was that a few weeks after my stay i noticed that a white good quality dress shirt and about 2 litres of hand sanitizer that i had brought from Canada were both missing. All of this despite the fact that i consistently tipped staff there. I am disappointed by this and warn all guests to LOCK EVERYTHING UP. Including all of your clothing. I will never return to this hotel and recommend others don't as well. You've been warned.

Good location. Cleaning of surfaces was insufficient. Dust and crumbs on table top. Hotpot did not work. Broken electrical outlets. Food service was slow. Reservations requested was not available. Was not able to get refund on the differrence.

Wow😅 it was my first time staying a whole week in Addis, really I feel that I have left a family in this hotel I should come regularly visit. The whole staff were so kind, lovely and careful. I’ll never forget them. I send them from here 😍 love and appreciate.

It really need to have more trained staff . The customer service including the manager’s handling of things was so poor.
