The best thing about this hotel is the people that work there. I found most people to be friendly and service minded. Particularly the cleaning staff and the waiters. Since I only speak English I found the language to be a barrier, but most times we managed to figure it out. The food in the restaurant was excellent. As I was staying there for 2 weeks for work I ate there several times a day. There are many positives about this hotel, however, the biggest negative was my lack of sleep due to noise from the nightclubs and bar on the ground floor. I slept with both earplugs and a headset and I could still hear it very well. I tried to call reception several times and they did not seem to understand my issue and hung up on me. I swapped rooms twice, but unfortunately, it did not get much better. If I was here on holiday it might not have been such an issue but I was there for work and had to get up early. If you are a light sleeper, like myself, I recommend finding another hotel. The hotel also has an okay gym that I used regularly. However it was not clean even though they closed it for two hours in the middle of the day to clean it. The guy working in the gym was also not very friendly. I used the spa several times and highly recommend their massage. I would say that the only con is that you can hear the music from the gym and the tv in the reception area so it's not very relaxing in that sense. But the quality of the massage makes up for it.

One of the best hotels, all the staff are friendly, and the room is so clean and the bed is so comfy. I asked the front desk agent about the area and what is the trust attraction area. She gave me detailed information and assigned someone. This would be my next home from now on. There was confusion during checking, but the supervisor handled the situation quickly.

Location is convinient next to Lake Tana and park. There seem to be limited variety of restaurants that severe Western menu but this is a minor issue.

The Worst hotel I ever seen in my life. The staff they don’t treat you right, breakfast was horrible. I booked this hotel for 7 days but i checked out from the hotel after my 3 day and moved to another hotel. The way the staff talk to you and treat you is disappointing, they don’t have any respect.

Pro: next to good restaurant and cheap bars. Room was clean. Con: bad WiFi...in room, in lobby, in (soulless) bar. Really mediocre breakfast in restaurant with alarmingly stained furniture and linens. Awful ambient saxophone/pan flute airport music that bleeds in to room. Free shuttle from airport but it is not indicated in confirmation nor to be found on website...I ended up walking

My only qualm was the air conditioning being insufficient - it didn't get cold! Otherwise great facilities, staff, and special shiro to die for. If you order beef/steak be sure to inform the staff not to overcook it. I had one issue with medallions being too dry for my liking. The staff was nice enough to re-fire my order and it wasn't as dry.

Clean, good food friendly staff. Excellen location. Close to the town centre and Lake Tana shore.
