Bathe room was link and the area is very noisy not clean.

The rooms at Zmama were nice! Overall, good hotel. Downsides were that there was very loud music outside on the street playing at all hours. Also, during the day we stayed there, we received three phone calls. I understand that during the day they wouldn't have known we were trying to sleep, but it was fairly disruptive. With that said, the staff was very friendly!

Good location and clean rooms ...no gym despite promises

Staff were great. We stayed on the 4th floor and as science tells you, heat rises! There is no AC, which is fine when I think you are on the lower floors and at night. I think the property should put fans in the rooms that are on the higher floors. The Internet was also good. What I am learning is that Ethiopia is Ethiopia, so the quality of the construction should not be compared internationally. So compared to Thailand for example, you can get high quality and low prices, while here in Ethiopia, you have relatively lower quality and higher prices. The other thing I have to mention is not with the hotel, but the street life outside the property. The streets are poorly paved and raw sewage is sometimes exposed, so becareful as you walk. There is a bit of dust blown around because it is windy and there are unpaved roads around.

It’s convenient, staff are accommodating, and the property is comfortable. Lovely hotel at a reasonable price!

The view was very lovely. It was in perfect alignment with the flow of traffic around it. Nothing I would change about it.

I specifically chose this hotel as it was supposed to have a fitness center. After booking the hotel I was unable to reach the hotel by the telephone number given and was therefore unable to book the free airport transfer. I instead had to pay for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Upon arriving to the hotel, I checked in and found that the room was actually quite nice and the bed and sheeting were comfortable. Room details were well though out. After having slept a bit, I then went down to the lobby to ask about the fitness center and was told that it was in the planning. Had I of know this, I would have chosen another hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms and pleasant staff. Rooms have free WIFI though very weak in the upper floors. Value for money

The staff there was very friendly and professional throughout my entire stay there at the hotel. The room that I stayed in offered me a lovely view of the surrounding areas in Addis Ababa. Although the hotel is still being upgraded, it offers enough to enjoy your stay and the room was beautiful. The cost of the rooms and what it offer, is an awesome deal that shouldn't be overlooked. I think thank that this hotel will become very competitive with some of the more well known hotels in the near future. Thank you very much Zmama Hotel staff and crew for everything.
