部屋は広々としてて快適なれど、タオルの交換なし、コップも洗わない、朝食も毎日同じ。 　とても四つ星ホテルとは思えない。 　部屋の禁煙は納得するが、朝外の喫煙所向かうと玄関の鍵が閉まってる、レセプションにも誰もいない。

　部屋が面積（６０平米）で想定したより広く感じた。 　備付品としてバスローブが記載されていたけれど用意はなかった。 　別料金で追加した朝食は、温菜も複数あり特に不満はないものの、利用者チェック（客が少なかったからか？）はなく本当に有料だったのかやや疑問が残った。 　モルドバはロシアガス停止で非常事態宣言が出ていると聞いていたけれど、暖房・給湯ともに充分提供されており、街も人も普通に生活しているように見えた。

非常に客室が広いのが特徴的です（ビジネスホテルの3部屋分ぐらいあります）。またティーセットと電子ポット、冷蔵庫があります。インターネットの通信も良好です。 そして何よりスタッフの方々が気さくでいろいろ相談にも乗ってくれます。モルドバへ行ったときは次も利用予定です！

You get what you pay for with this property. Good for a low cost stay. Looks a little outdated but clean. One extra star given for the lovely lady at reception, who allowed me to check out an hour late as I arrived very late due to a delayed flight! Bus stop is 10 mins walk away but sights are also walkable.

A very good experience. Clean and comfortable hotel, very close to the railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. I had no breakfast.

Great property in a quiet location not far from shops and restaurants. Warm welcomed and looked after by reception. Arrived early and bags were looked after until rooms were ready. Very large twin room - with large double bed and double sofa bed, large fridge freezer, a safe, and air con 👍. They even organised a ride to the airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this place for any reason to stay.

checked in at 10.15am so able to catch up on sleep after exciting wheel change on overnight train from Bucharest- hotel is 12 minutes walk from train station- head for defunct Cosmos tower, keeping this on your right up hill to Beer House restaurant and turn right. hotel situated in quiet residential area close to car wash and convenient for lots of bus & trolley buses to entire city- huge room with fridge, ac and heating exceptionally clean with lots of storage space. Steak House (Euro 20 for steak) and Beer House restaurants less than 5 minutes walk- thoroughly recommended

This small Hotel was in a convenient location for me. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were large, bathroom included. Water hot, wifi strong. Very close to a large supermarket and ATM machines. Transport close by. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely spacious room, clean hotel and friendly staff who were very helpful. However, hotel was difficult to find with map location hard to follow online. I arrived in the dark via the bus and struggled to locate the hotel which is not that well known. Once I did find it, I was happy with my stay

We appreciated the spacious, clean rooms. We also appreciated that the manager could arrange airport transportation for us.
