着いた時に歌って出迎えてくれ、帰るときは歌って見送ってくれました。とても温かい雰囲気で嬉しくなりました。 目の前は海ですが、泳げるビーチというわけではないです。海辺でのんびりという感じとはちょっと違う気がしました。 アメニティはpure Fiji の石けんがあるくらいで、歯ブラシやコームなどは全くありません。とてもシンプルです。 食事は朝食付きと書いていたのですが…ブュッフェに並んでいるのは、フルーツとマフィンと、コーンフレーク、コーヒー、牛乳。 アメーバと違いました。 シュノーケリングしましたが、レインボーリーフも見ることができました！

The staff at Garden Island Resort are all so lovely and caring. The gardens at the front of the building are beautiful. The location is not great for snorkeling right from the resort though amazing diving and snorkelling is available close by. The pool is directly underneath a cauldron of bats, not 1-2 bats but close to 100. The bats are screeching constantly throughout the day and there are bat droppings on the pool deck. There are few close amenities and not much within walking distance. No airport shuttle was provided despite being listed as an amenity. This property appears to need some tender loving care. Our shower head did not work correctly and leaked, our ceiling fan did not work and our safe was not bolted down.

My experience with the staff and service of Expedia has been difficult and unnecessarily frustrating. Artificial Intelligent agents should not be a continued first point of contact when the conditions of the travel experience is DANGEROUS! My family arrived to a hotel that was infested with disease infested bats. We booked for 5 nights and left after one. I started a conversation with Expedia the first night and still a refund has not been issued. The Expedia staff has been inconsistent and most agents (especially Ayush B.) were unfriendly and unapologetic. My families safety is a priority and Expedia has a responsibility to NOT put its customers in DANGER. Issue me my refund and take on the hotel directly. I have had a horrific Expedia experience.

This "resort" used to be a decent 3 star place to stay, pre-Covid. It is now tired and sad. Some ground floor balcony loungers and chairs had cushions that were seriously deteriorated, as in skid row style. Bar and food prices are very expensive. I would not recommend this "resort" to anyone.

All the staff were fabulous no complaints, paid for 7 nights got there a day late due to flight error, so stayed for 6 probably 3 would have been enough. Not a great fan of Fruit Bats that roost in the trees at the resort, the room was a bit motel like with a view, got caught with the hurry only 2 or 3 left at this price pressure, we could have got a room easily and paid by the night as it was virtually empty

A family away from home!

潜水很方便，离码头和潜水点都很近。但其他周边缺乏可逛的点，住店客人很少，也没法组织一日游之类的。然后热水水温比较低，提了一次，第二天好了点，后面又恢复旧状了，反正凑活能洗，也就不去提了。另外，我在斐济遭遇了现金失窃，被偷了200美金和100新西兰元，但小偷不是全部拿走，而是只是取了几张，所以我直到出了斐济才发现，无法确定是在2个度假村的哪个被偷的。

I chose this hotel for the convenience of snorking . Out standing dives every day new location and diversity in coral and sea creatures. Dive master really knew his stuff and took excellent care and safety. The food and accommodation were excellent. Very nice large rooms and modern and large bathroom. The staff was so nice.

1. Rooms had a bad smell, possibly due to rainy weather, but no effort was made to address it such as turning on the AC or burning incense. 2. Had to change rooms due to a broken shower head, indicating poor room maintenance and oversight during check-ups. 3. The new room's bathroom ceiling was full of mildew, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and maintenance across multiple rooms. 4. Despite experiencing multiple inconveniences, there was no apology from the staff, particularly at the front desk, who failed to greet, orient, or apologize to the guest.

The staff is amazing. Beautiful views of the ocean. Food and drinks were tasty. The place is easy to find.

We loved staying here. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were always taken care of. Make sure to check your bill. If you are traveling with others they may charge food or drinks to the other room. Just stay on top of what is being charged to which room. Other than that it was a great experience.

I loved the rooms and the service. Everyone was very pleasant and the environment was tranquil and pristine....until the bats made their presence known. There were no less than 300-400 bats in the trees on the property. It wasn't terrible because they are nocturnal and just stayed in the trees. However, if you have a fear of bats I would advise against staying here. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Very convenient location. The concierge set up everything for us, from diving to hiking to meals. You have to tell the concierge the day prior what you want for dinner because all of the food is bespoke.

The place is infested by bats. The noise was so bad that we couldn't sleep for the 2 nights of our stay. Never again.
