グランド ウエスズ ヴィラズ

1週間の宿泊予定でツインの部屋を予約しました。チェックインすると、フロントと同じ棟の2階の奥の部屋に案内されました。部屋にはいってみると、部屋は古く、暗いなどエクスペリアの写真のイメージと全く違いました。それだけでなく、床から天井へと黒い線んがあったので、よく見ると無数ののアリが列を作っていました。もしかして他にもと見ると、部屋中あちこちにアリの大群がいました。フロントに部屋のチェンジも含めて相談したところ、殺虫剤をスプレースーして、翌日ハウスクリーニングするとの事でしたが、翌日の夜、外出から戻るとありの死骸がテーブル、壁に多数残っていたほか、既にアリ多数発生していました。このため、２泊してホテルをチェンジしました。 また、ホテル設備にテニスコートと書いていますが、コート表面がボロボロで、とても使えるような状況ではありません。部屋によって違うかもしれませんが、とてもお勧めできるホテルではありません。

建物自体あまり新しく無いので、きれいとはいえないですが必要な設備はそろっています。 テレビは箱形だし、シャワーはあまり勢いが良くなかったです。 ビーチまで徒歩圏内で１０分くらいです。空港や道路に面しているので気になる人は気になるかもしれません。 レストランやプールもありますが約一週間の滞在で利用している人は見かけませんでした。 レストランの価格は高めでした。ホテルスタッフはみんなフレンドリーでお話するのが楽しかったです。 街までタクシーで10ドル、バスでは1,15ドルでした！ 近くにお店はなかったです。 家族で静かに過ごす、空港まで近いので一泊するなどの目的の利用ならいいかもしれませんが、一人で長期滞在するようなホテルではないと思います。

部屋の清潔度や快適度に関してはまず文句はありません。 スタッフに関してもフレンドリーで良かったです。 ただ、ホテルの場所が街中から遠いため、どこへ行くにも タクシーを使わないと不便です。一度街中まで歩きましたがきつかったです。 また、ホテルのレストランがおいしくないのと、屋根しかないので、食べてると何ヶ所も蚊に食われたのでとても気になりました。

特に問題なく滞在できました。レストランの料理も美味しかったです。部屋の絨毯がザラザラしていたのが気になりました。

Hotel ne correspond vraiment pas au descriptif. Menage pas fait, pas de batterie de cuisine, ni de plaque de cuisson, restaurant fermé le soir, chambre non prête a 18h quand nous sommes arrivées. Aicun respect des horaires du restaurant meme pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre non conforme aux photos.aucune décoration de réception... Seul point positif la personne de l accueil

The gardens and pool are beautiful. Rooms are basic but clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Property needs painting.

Whilst the room we were given was clean and provided with fresh bedding, it was in need of refurbishment and felt a little rough around the edges. It connected to the apartment next door via a flimsy black door, unlocked at the handle and secured only by a small gold latch at the top corner. For added reassurance, we placed a chair under the handle. We enjoyed a satisfactory night’s sleep until we were awoken at 4:00 a.m. by loud thumping on our door, which we assumed was caused by children playing around. In the morning, there was no hot water. We called reception using the in-room phone, and someone arrived promptly but was unable to fix the issue. We were instead told to use the shower in the neighbouring apartment, which had just been vacated by a family and was in need of cleaning. We had chosen this property mainly for its cost, so we were not expecting luxury, but given the overall experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Broken power sockets, cables exposed, window stuck open, mold in all bathrooms, general wear and tear of a low quality

The whole complex is falling apart, there is no air con, no restaurant, more furnishing are broken or just not there, rooms filthy and bed bugs. Photos are all from obviously when it first opened. Expedia knows that this is falsely advertised on here and will not give you a refund as we have just found out. This property needs a bulldozer to fix its issues. We stayed there only for 2 hours before finding new accommodation as it was unsafe for kids.

Dirty hotel , all things are broken and no wifi. Very bad experience

Rooms are clean and renovated. Close to airport gives air traffic noise

No towels or blankets in room and frog in bathroom.

Was ok, not bad.

Customer service was great but other things were very average

The rooms date back to the early 70’s and are very outdated including furniture and linen .The windows are all heavily fortified like your your doing time in prison. The receptionist are not very helpful nor welcoming and lastly there is no internet or wifi at this so called place . Wouldn’t recommend.

What you pay is what you get Despite slight injection to uplift the tired exhausted facade, and as this was our last option, it was what you pay is what you get. Staff are v friendly albeit it the pool needs a deep cleaning. To my astonishment kids urinating inside the pool and rowdy crowd towards the evening makes in the pool unapproachable. Waking distance to CROWNE and Wailoaloa makes it tolerable Not booking Ever again !

Shower wouldn’t work, cockroach in bathroom

This property other than the friendly staff is absolutely horrendous, room conditions are very poor, no hot water, no proper water pressure, room wax dirty, it’s very outdated, pool has a filthy smell and they charge bond with cash payment only, it’s upsetting Expedia would recommend suck a place on their website, pleas remove this hotel as a option. Thank you

Property is not by the beach but is in walking distance. Lots of local visitors and affordable. Staff are always excellent. Our room had the bear minimal but if you ask the staff they will provide prompt services. I would stay there again.
