部屋は普通でした。 シャワーの止水栓の取っ手がユルユルで操作するたびにすぐに外れてしまい不便を感じました。 朝食は希望に応じて卵を調理してくれました。メニューのバリエーションは普通でしたが、パッションフルーツがあったのは良かったです。

The electricity, internet connection and hot water is available, but the amenity was poor (just only shampoo and soap, but without tooth brush or tissue paper...) The housekeeping was very kind and cheerful. However, some of reception's English was a bit poor and the chef of restaurant's work was unstable (at 1st day she always opened the tray to serve for customers, but at 2nd day she enjoyed the smart phone and did nothing). What was the biggest problem was about restaurant at dinner time. They didn't open it because of small customers (maybe). The day I reached there was Sunday of rainy season, and only small restaurants was opened at city area. Then, reception told me to visit supermarket almost 30 minutes from the hotel...

We stayed in two rooms for 10 nights, but the TV was not available, the air conditioner and hair dryer were broken and left for several days, Bath towels with blood stains are of the same quality as bath mats, and bath mats are as heavy worn-out as dust clothes, also when I asked for a change of bath towels, they instructed me to bring them in reception for confirmation. One night, It couldn't flush the toilet and there was no hot or cold water in the shower in another day. As for the rooms make, beds are made up, but probably sheets are not changed. At breakfast, where the content is the same every day, Chinese employees are eating their meals while watching loud Chinese videos. Some friendly employees smile at us, but overall service to guests is very poor.

Very good hotel ,staff very good , On arrival , fridge not working , fridge replaced . Aircon was dripping water as the discharge hose was leaking . Room was changed . Very happy with the service and staff . Kitchen very clean nice breakfast .

Sorry with bed bugs which the owners and staff were aware off but choose to ignore the issues. Would not recommend them as the quality and cleanliness has deteriorated

Room noce and clean, friendly service and the place is great.

Very happy with all the services but room had a musty smell and towels were clean but not fresh looking! Chef Rahul was wonderful with his great cooking and friendliness… owners of hotel are not so friendly like the Fiji people but our stay was safe & pleasant.

Room was clean and for a night sleep it’s worth it.

Breakfast was ok ,the rewa butter had mould on them.And there didn't serve much fruits...we had to ask them for it.

The disappointment was the attitude when pointing out what was promised in the advert and then not delivered. 1. Television not tuned and unable to be used. 2. The pool was cloudy and not something you would want to swim in. Oh well sorry about that. Further to that the first room I was shown was smelly. The room I ended up in was ok but when I returned after several hours I realised the door had not locked. To be fair the lady moved me to another room. Some staff positive some less so. The breakfast (omelet aside) was basic to say the least.

I booked through Expedia for a night 212 FJD whereas in the property it was only 179 FJD. So please don’t book through Expedia rather book directly with the property

Nice pool & eel pond

That staff was very accomodating. We were able to keep our bags there on checkout while we visited around town. I have never heard of another motel letting me do that. Top notch service.

Bed wasn’t in good condition

the property was very old there were tvs in the room but didnt work the pool was like a paddling pool. it was okay for the most 2 nights i wouldnt want to stay any longer.
