まずはとにかく部屋がお洒落でした！広くてゆったりでき、冷蔵庫やドライヤーやポットはもちろん、食器類や充電コードも置いてくれていた点がとてもありがたかったです。地下には無料のランドリーがあり、何度も使わせていただきました！無人のホテルでしたが、大きな不自由はなく過ごせました。

ヘルシンキで3日間をこのホテルで過ごしました。部屋には電子レンジ、食器、冷蔵庫が完備され、近くにはスーパーがありとても快適でした。 観光スポットにも徒歩圏内なので、現地で暮らすように旅をしたい人にはとてもピッタリだと思います。

I was little worry about no on-site stuff. Everything is done online, but it went very smoothly. We reserved the room with sauna & I used it everyday. Small kitchen is nice. All cookware, dishes, cups, utensils, cutting board, knives are there. There is a local gym access , but it’s not on site, so my husband didn’t use it. It is really good to have laundry & dry machines since Helsinki City central doesn’t have any coin laundries. Grocery store is 3min away. We really liked this place. We would love to stay again.

Rated communication down as i didnt receive the registration so could not access the property. Called the hotel and were able to sort. The hotel is a great concept. Lots of facilities to use, free access to a nearby gym and a cute polaroid camera to use during your stay! The laundry room is stocked and all available to use. All pf these are a great touch.

Well designed property in a very convenient location! The room was really cute and I loved that they listed the design details with some local options. Also very nice bath products. The only thing I didn’t like is that if something goes wrong, it’s not easy to get into immediate contact with a human to help. But I guess that’s part of having a contactless hotel. Otherwise it was great and I’d stay again!

My stay in the place was very stressful. I got to the place and noticed tv not working. There is no reception so in case any issues you need to try to resolve them. They send you ‘ready made’ text messages but those not really helpful, more irritating in situation where you need real help. After I spent 30 min to try to fix the tv, maintenance person arrived. He was able to turn on the tv but the tv stop working again after 30 min. This is second time I have stayed in this apartments and both times tv did not work. So if you like watching tv, I would suggest booking somewhere else. The second issue was in the morning I had to check out. I used their chain lock in addition to the regular lock. However, the chain lock did not open, it was broken and stayed locked in. Again there is no reception to help you with this kind of issues. I had an appointment in the morning and could not leave the room as was locked in the room. They again tried to text some not helpful messages. I had to break the lock with scissors. Luckily it worked so I was able to leave the room. After all of this I was very surprised about the hotel people’s communication, just sending the ready made messages. I would have thought they at least call me to hear what went wrong but no interest. The rooms design is nice, however quality seems to be bad in many items.

Top, wenn man gut mit online check-in zurecht kommt. Lage super, Gemeinschaftsräume mit Küche und das Zimmer ist super schön eingerichtet

Great decor and level of cleanliness. Very handy facilities & extras (gym access & laundry room) and staff are responsive. Had a water disruption which was fortunately not too problematic timing, and was resolved reasonably quickly.

Super clean, just the right size for one person, and the list of extras was unexpected! Loved my stay here 😊

BOB W. Is the place to stay when visiting Helsinki!!! Besides the great location, the facilities are really awesome. For sure will look for BOB W on the next trip!!!

Everything was great!

We had a great stay. The location is very central. There is a nightclub next door so there is some noise during it’s opening hours.

Great location to visit the city. Great facility, everything you need and more. The staff gentleman (I unfortunately didn't get his name) was more than helpful and going out of his way to accomodate your needs and make recommendation. Excellent service, highly recommend!
