Pas trop loin du secteur touristique qui est accessible à pied

The air conditioning was near impossible to get to work. The dial just rotated and the temperature would do what it wanted. The bed side light did not work and the hand wash was not restocked. There was a loose socket in the corridor with visible wires. I found dirty cutlery and plates in the racks at breakfast and cereal was not restocked. It’s the second time I have been bitten by a spider at a hotel b&b. Location was great and it would not put me off visiting another hotel b&b.

Value for money! Basic travel needs are met and comfort needs especially are met. Highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to attractions in Lyon. Breakfast and reception staff are courteous and friendly

Bon hôtel, propre et personnel professionnel et accueillant

Elegimos este hotel específicamente porque se anuncia con estacionamiento y en buena ubicación. Pero fue un desastre absoluto. Al hacer el check-in, preguntamos dónde podíamos estacionarnos. El recepcionista nos indicó que estaba bien hacerlo en la calle, enfrente del hotel. Al ver que el edificio contaba con cámaras de videovigilancia y confiando en su criterio como empleado del hotel, que nos aseguró que era una zona "segura" aceptamos su indicación. Después entendimos la verdadera razón: el estacionamiento del hotel estaba lleno. En lugar de ser honestos o buscar una solución para un servicio que promocionan, optaron por desviarnos a la calle. Después de cenar, encontramos el cristal de la ventana roto y todas nuestras maletas con todas nuestras pertenencias robadas. Devastados, pedimos ayuda en recepción. El empleado se NEGÓ a llamar a la policía, argumentando que debíamos hacerlo nosotros mismos. Al ser turistas extranjeros sin línea local, le suplicamos que nos permitiera usar el teléfono con cargo para llamar a la policía y a nuestra agencia de alquiler. También se NEGÓ rotundamente, sugiriendo que fuéramos a una estación de policía que estuviera abierta un domingo por la noche. Cuando preguntamos por las cámaras de videovigilancia, nos informaron que no tenían forma de ayudarnos, dejando en evidencia que la seguridad que creímos tener era inexistente. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE!

Séjour agréable à l hôtel

Hotel is in a good location close to transit and very quiet. We found it all functional and clean.

séjour pro, clim parfaite plutôt silencieuse (chambre 508), le réseau mobile est faible, le WIFI gratuit convenable. très bonne literie.

Great location, up to date property, supports parking but not for larger vehicles, 24 hour desk claim proved to be a bit off as I had to bang on doors to awake someone to let me out of the garage at 5AM to make our flight.

Very clean rooms and a surprisingly good breakfast.

Relatively good location in terms of public transportation. Friendly at check in. Poor room service. Sometimes paper cups and sometimes not. Same with toilet paper and towels and once cleaning product left on n bathroom. Had a triple room that was stuffy. Had to open the window at night but quiet streets.

Excellent property. I recommend. The area- not that good. Homeless people sleeping around the corner. Smell of urine prevalent. Might get robbed in the small hours of the night

Really convenient and accessible to public transit. Great restaurant choices nearby. Local parking for those driving. Breakfast is fresh and coffee is good. Overall, great choice
