とても素敵なホテルでした。フロントの方もとても親切でサンパティックでした。お部屋も清潔で、広く快適。そして、ホテルのプールを見ながらの朝食は、最高。 ロケーションもよく、海に歩いてすぐいけました。また、機会があれば、泊まりたいです。

早い到着だったが受付はつっけんどん、エレベーターはなくWi-Fiは使えずと今一つの印象。

メゾン・ドットやシャンベル・ドットが中心のカシには比較的珍しい「中規模」のホテル。港や旧市街に近く便利。タクシーの手配が難しいカシの街ではこの点は重要。 エレベーターがなく、廊下は暗いし、部屋も狭いが、プールは眺めがよく気持ちがいい。

今回カシで宿泊した一番の理由は、美味しいシーフードと白ワインを堪能する為でした。ホテルはレストランが多いカシ漁港からも歩いて近く、とても便利でした。家族4人だった為2部屋コネクトにしましたが、広くて、清潔感もあり満足でした。

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé a 5min du centre ville et a 20 min des calanques à pieds . Personnel très sympathique et chambre impeccable. Merci pour votre accueil.

Lovely hotel in easy walking distance to the village. The heated pool and terrace with a view was a bonus. Very friendly and helpful reception staff

We were very impressed by the ambiance and quality of the property as compared to most BW properties in the US. Great setting with the pool and views.

The staff at this hotel were lovely. They assisted us in scheduling a private taxi to the airport for our departure, as navigating to Marseille would have proven frustrating on our own. The pool was warm and it was walking distance to amazing restaurants and views. The room was a decent size, with a Nespresso and a mini fridge. We did not have the breakfast, but it looked decent. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay. Great location close to beaches and quick walk to the port/restaurants and the old town. Common area and pool are excellent. Rooms are clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the view while eating breakfast is stunning.

Very helpful staff, including the receptionists who took care of us throughout our stay. We loved the free lemon drink and pastries - nice touch! Wonderful pool, loungers, good breakfast choices and brilliant location for walking around Cassis. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, good air conditioning and blackout blind. The only slight issue was a minor smell from the drain, but unbeatable that this is not the hotel's fault.

This hotel has a great potential to be amazing. However the woman working in the reception was horrible to deal with. Rude and condescendin, she should not be working with customers at all. This woman called us the night before our visit demanding that we give her our credit card detals, threatening to cancel our booking if we do not give this to her over the phone. It seems like they have not heard about GDPR that is a law in the EU? I told her that I was not comfortable with giving a stranger my credit card detals over the phone and asked to sort this out during check-in the following day. She said no and that she would cancel the room. HOW is this reasonable? When making this reservation I entered my credit card information to Hotels.com, no one should be asked to give this information a second time to a third party. This makes you feel unsafe. Horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I would like to add that the lady working in the breakfast area was amazing.
