This hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent. It is very close to city center.

とても綺麗で、朝食もまずまず。 でも連泊する人にはもう少しメニューの種類があるといいかなと。 それと英語で殆ど通じます。

Staff was friendly and helped us to find the parking. If the single stay, the room space is enough (we stayed with family). Bathroom is clean and bigger space than the other hotels. Bad thing was the cleaning of the room. After the first night, the cleaning of the floor was not sufficient. But basically it is enough good.

パリからサッカー日本代表戦を観戦の為、Lilleに一泊。 部屋は清潔で快適。アメニティも充実。部屋は少し狭いが、1泊なら十分。 駐車場有り。 駅から少し歩く事が気にならなければおススメです。

直前の予約のため安かったかもしれませんが、価格の割にすごくいいホテルです。ミニバーは無料と書いてあり、あまり期待していませんでしたが、ビール、ジュース等ナッツも入ってて満足。ブラデリーのため近くの駐車場に停められなく、荷物を運ぶのが大変でしたが、普段は問題ないと思います。事前に近くの駐車場が閉鎖される連絡を入れてくれ、非常に助かりました。

こじんまりとしたブティックホテルでしたが、綺麗に改装されていて快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫のドリンクも全てフリーと言われていただいていました。 スタッフの皆さんもわかりやすい英語で、愛想よく、気持ちよかったです。 バスタブがないのは期待していなかったのでよいですが、シャワールームの段差が高く、洗面所まで水が流れていってしまったのはびっくりしました。バスマットを犠牲にして事なきを得ましたが…… 次にリールに行く際も利用したいです。

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel WHY qui est très bien situé en centre ville. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Je trouve juste que les chambres ont un peu petites.

Choses à améliorer : - changer d’entreprise de réparation d’ascenseur pour s’assurer qu’un technicien répare les pannes d’ascenseur le jour même ; - avoir une solution de secours lorsqu’il n’y a plus d’électricité dans le parking afin d’éviter que les clients soient plongés dans le noir intégral ; - augmenter le nombre d’utilisateurs possibles sur le compte canal plus de l’hôtel, et avoir de plus de choix d’applications dans la télévision (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus,…) ; - changer de cafetière dans la chambre pour une marque plus connue qui permettrait de se faire un café sans que la capsule dysfonctionne systématiquement ; - avoir plus de choix dans les plats végétariens du restaurant, autre qu’une simple salade ou pokébowl, peut être un plat local (welsh végétarien) ?

- Room had no heating only a Dyson hot and cold fan - As room had no heating Bathroom was also cold therefore towels always felt damp and smelt - Balcony was large however the decking was loose and broken. Extremely dangerous - Free mini bar fridge was warmer than the room and contained one can of fizzy orange, one can of fizzy apple and a small bottle of water between two - Road noise was loud as hotel sat on a five way road junction - TV only had all French speaking stations - The curtains were a challenge to close as they went around corners, behind TV and desk and the tracks did not run smoothly The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them. On a positive, the hotel was in a good location! We did not complain whilst we was staying there as we had booked a suite for three nights; thinking this would give us a better room. As the heating system wasn’t working we guessed all the rooms were the same and therefore nothing would be gained by complaining and we didn’t want to spoil our break by being negative. The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them.

Personnel accueillant et désiré six de faire en sorte que tout se passe bien. Les chambres deluxe sont correctes, propres et confortables

Good location. Easy to park. Nice large rooms but with two twin beds pushed together the bedside lights and the table were too far away. Horrid pillows, one small, one square and they had a habit of falling down the back of the bed. Nice to have an inner door to shut our corridor noise. Quite area.

Idéalement placé. Prestations satisfaisantes.je recommande.

Great staff and a hotel bar with people in it!

The room was clean. The air con did not work when we first arrived although our room was changed promptly. Had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

The room was a good size and clean, with good amenities.

Great option in Lille - nice adequate room - breakfast okay and fitness room could use more machines (newer) and more free weights. Nice staff.

Five stars for the location, cleanness, comfort, service.
