Car full of luggage and I must’ve interrupted the staff having a cigarette break as I emptied the car into the hotel before they came to help.
Took up the option of valet parking which it turned out the car was reversed 2 metres in the street outside instead of being parked in a secure location.
For this I was charged €45. I complained about this the next day which I received a shrug
Of your staying at this hotel and driving there do not let them park your car or you’ll get ripped off

The housekeeping service (cleaning staff insistence to knock on door, their total lack of English or French language, the unreliable laundry service, the hastily done turndown service ) are a stain on the brand, and clearly not to a 4-star level.

Nous avons été victime d'un vol dans notre véhicule sur le parking de l'hôtel malgré les vigiles de l'hôtel ( parking payant : 40€ ), à croire que les vigiles étaient de mèche avec les voleurs....

The staff in the dining room were great, the front desk were helpful also. Though the manager seemed a bit ticked off when he was alone and had to get our backpacks out of storage!! The room was really nice, expensive, but real nice. That being said there are no amenities that you can’t get at a 2 star hotel unless you are interested in the basement spa…there are no free drinks, or coffee outside of the room and the free loaded mini bar is a joke(2 Toblerone bars & 2 waters)
The location is good but bc the hotel is rather small you don’t feel like you’re in a special 5 Star place!!

Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy.
