We had an excellent stay at the Boutique Hotel XV . The staff were very very helpful ,always smiling, and super efficient. Our room was fabulous and very clean with all the amenities mentioned. The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area of Strasbourg. And it was very easy for us to navigate our way around the city . All in all an excellent stay .

The breakfast spread was lovely - far better than most European hotels. Clean, spacious rooms and a great bathroom. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient.

The floor was very dirty! the door for the bathroom is always stuck in the middle when trying to open or close the door (slider door) , I had to lift it up a little every single time to make it fully close. I'm sure that you were aware of these "limitations" but they were not appreciated by us. Other than this , everything else was good! thank you for your hospiltality

Area, design

What a delightful small hotel in a lovely neighborhood of stately homes, next to a gorgeous park. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, helpful in making reservations and giving advice. It is about a 40 minute walk to the center of Strasbourg, there is a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel and we arranged cabs for about $10-$15 U.S. depending on traffic. We parked our rental car on the street safely, but did not use it at all due to the Christmas Markets. Very quiet, comfy beds, great breakfast for 22 euro. Wine and light meals available at night.

Hotel was ok, but they took a second payment on check-out even though I pre-paid online. They have not refunded this payment despite me contacting Expedia help. Also I received an additional charge from my bank due to this payment, which I had hoped to avoid by paying ahead. More hassle than its worth staying here.

This was a gem of a hotel. It is so lovely. Friendly staff, lovely room, great breakfast. We wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely come back to this hotel

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön. Einziges Problem war, dass wir wegen den Holzböden im Haus, extrem viel Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Als würden Leute bei uns im Zimmer hin und her laufen. Da muss unbedingt etwas gemacht werden. Solcher Lärm ist für ein solches Hotel eigentlich inakzeptabel.

Das Hotel als solches ist durchaus empfehlenswert, da wunderschön und ruhig gelegen mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Zimmer entsprach einem 4-Sterne Hotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer im 2. Stock nur über eine schmale, steile Treppe zu erreichen; es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Fenster des Zimmers im 2. Stock sind entsprechend sehr klein. Das Frühstücksangebot ist durchschnittlich. Es gibt z.B. eine große Auswahl an Cerealien, aber keine Milch. Am ersten Morgen war für uns nicht gedeckt; Eierspeisen kann man nur auf Nachfrage bestellen; zusätzliche Teller ebenfalls. Auch der Orangensaft auf dem Buffet wird nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Schade, dass es hier beim Service noch so viel Raum für Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten gibt.

das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und wird von Diplomaten gebucht. Bushaltestelle in die Stadt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

War ein perfektes Hotel in jeder Hinsicht !!!!!
