清潔感があり、部屋も広々としていました。しかし、バスタブと洗面所を仕切るものの長さが充分でなく、シャワーを浴びると床が濡れてしまいました。

Hotel is near bus station and you can go to city of Paris or airport. Parking space is enough and security is very high. Hotel stuff is vey kind and room is pretty comfortable. Hotel price is reasonable, if you would like to save your budget, please chose this hotel.

A l'accueil le soir ,la personne était antipathique,pas le sourire. Personnel du restaurant le soir très accueillant et souriant. Pour le petit déjeuner,dame gentille et accueillante.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room and had to challenge this with reception. It felt like there was reluctance to provide the room I had actually paid for, which was frustrating and not what you expect after a long journey. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, the situation was handled poorly and added unnecessary stress to the start of my stay. The reception staff were unwelcoming and came across as rude and dismissive throughout. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Rather than feeling like a valued guest, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. A hotel stay should be relaxing and straightforward, but this was the opposite. I won’t be staying here again and would recommend others consider alternative options, especially if good customer service matters to you.

Très bonne emplacement, belle chambre, un petit bemole le levier était bouché. Et j'ai payé une caution de 100€ que je n'étais pas au courant, a la demande du réceptionniste, j'étais un peu surpris et justement j'aurais aimé savoir a l'avance a part ça c'était top 👍.

Bonjour ,cest la première fois pour moi,mais on m'a volé mes 100 euro du caution ,vue qu'il y a un cendrier dans les toilette et on nous a sauté le caution parce qu'on a fumé dans les toilettes, cest du vol voila.

Plutôt correct, même si la sdb quelques tâches par ci par là. Personnel agréable.

Chambre assez propre. Personnel accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner mais il manque un peu choix

En venant tard le soir, la sécurité à l'entrée nous annonce qu'il n y a plus de place dans le parking et qu'il faut se garer devant un immeuble attenant pour 5€ à payer en cash. Alors que si on avance ,il y avait bien des places de parking vides les deux nuits. Je n'ai pas aimé ce genre de trafic interne. Sinon l'hôtel est agréable et les agents de restauration adorables.

Très bon hôtel, lieux prop

Breakfast was awesome but was told kitchen opens at 7pm,so unable to make orders before then. The following day,even at 7pm,I was told the only food they had was pizza and directed to a shop where I could get chicken and chips. I had food poisoning- vomited that night. The room had no intercom and I was alone so couldnt contact anyone. Thankfully,I survived the night

Environnement catastrophique, pour être sorti marcher, on ne se sent pas en sécurité

Le personnel était très agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé d'une chambre avec 2 petits lits à 1 une chambre avec 2 lits king size. La chambre était très propre et les lits confortables
