This is a special property right in near the Eiffel Tower in the heart of Paris. The service at the hotel was excellent and the rooms are well-designed.

Excellent staff and great location

The hotel rooms ( king room I got ) does not offer Wardrope for clothes, if you are staying more then 2 says may not be the best hotel. Staff is amazing. Hotel is old (in the lobby there was water dripping from the ceiling), They charge 9 Euros for tea. Common on !!!!!! 30 Euro for breakfast which is average breakfast. An American chain, I would have expected filter coffee be served free of charge to guests like other Hiltons in the USA.

Location is perfect! Staff and service was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!

조용하고 난방도 따듯하고 주위에 먹을곳도 찾기쉽고 만족스러운 stay였음. 나무 바닥에 카펫은 침대근처만 깔려있어서 청결함

Had an amazing time at the hotel , food and location is prime but only had one major hiccup on part of Expedia . They double booked me without my knowledge and I was only able to find out after one of the hotel clerks noticed / informed me! Unfortunately it was beyond the free cancellation period and was informed i was going to be charged for an extra room that i never purchased or would be staying in because I was already checked in to my current room . I’m hoping I won’t be charged for this ghost room that was double booked on expedias part . Other than that the place is perfect and would definitely return but will avoid using Expedia by any means

Great hotel and staff are amazing. Only proviso is shower pressure really low but I guess they can't do much about it Rooftop really cool for pictures that noboday else has ;)

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing the bathroom was very small.

WE en couple Pas d’eau en bouteille, OK mais une fontaine à eau à l’étage serait la bienvenue pour éviter de remplir sa gourde au rdc lorsque l’on est au 4e Mini-bar vide: raison invoquée « non rempli depuis le covid »….nous sommes en 2024 soit 3 ans après la fin de la pandémie >>> une mise à jour s’impose A 500€ la nuit, on pourrait espérer mieux en terme de prestation
