We had a lovely stay at the chateau and they even helped us with our dirty laundry! The breakfast was nice and the one dinner we had was excellent, plus beautifully presented. I would recommend this to my friends if they were staying in the area.

愛想のいいマダムが迎えてくれて、アットホームな感じでした。こざっぱりして綺麗でした。インテリアもきれいで、部屋とはべつにくつろげるラウンジがあって、よかったです。

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement, dont le standing ne correspond malheureusement pas à ce que l'on peut attendre d’un lieu présenté comme un château 4 étoiles.
Les lieux sont vieillissants avec un manque de charme. L’atmosphère générale est plus proche d’un hôtel classique que d’un lieu d’exception.
Côté service, tout est en place pour répondre aux critères d’un 4 étoiles sur le papier, mais l’expérience n’est pas à la hauteur : spa = jacuzzi extérieur payant donnant sur parking, peu d’attention portée aux détails dans les chambres, et un petit déjeuner industriel.
En résumé, une prestation décevante pour le prix et les promesses annoncées.

The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay.

Leuke locatie rustige omgeving goed ontbijt (helaas meeste dagen geen restaurant open) Blois op een goede steenworp van Cellettes vandaan is een prachtig dorp met prachtige oevers van de Loire.

Lovely Chateux.
Recommendation- information from the front desk about how difficult it is to find a parking spot in Blois. The receptionist recommended that we go to Blois for dinner, yet when we got there in our car, we could not find a parking spot and ended up eating at McDonalds. 😝 if we knew ahead about the parking difficulties, we would have taken a cab
