This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. And the restaurant was over the top. Oliver and John are warm and friendly hosts. Elegant setting, amazing food and wines.

Prima hotel, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt echter mijns inziens niet. Ambiance is fantastisch, echter bijna €600,- per nacht voor alleen logies vind ik te veel voor het gebodene.

Beautiful Chateau with an outstanding restaurant

Perfect stay from start to finish! we arrived at 1 am due to airline issues and they fed us at 1 am!! Clean, warm rooms with very detailed accessories. excellent staff. excellent food!!

Beautiful chateau that we stayed in after visiting the American Cemetery in Normandy. Would stay again for sure. Staff was great, chateau was beautiful.

Our favorite stay in all of Europe. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Food was fabulous. Staff was great. I will certainly be back.

Amazing!

Simply put, this a magnificent hotel. I can’t imagine someone being unhappy about anything here. The rooms are perfect and well appointed, the grounds amazing and the staff anxious to help in any way. It’s set out in the Normandy countryside about three miles from Bayeaux. My only regret was that we had to leave.

Great location of the hotel and beautiful building and room

Such a lovely place. The grounds are magnificent and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Within walking distance to port en Bessin which is a quaint sea side village. Picturesque.

We notified the hotel we would be checking in late. We were traveling with another couple. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and showed us to our rooms which were in another building and up a flight of stairs. For what we paid we did not expect to stay in the annex. We expressed our concern but was told there was nothing else available. The shower was a major problem with operating it and keeping the water inside. The bathroom floor would fill with water. The mini bar was a joke 2 waters 2 sodas and a juice. There is no exercise room! We did see a room which appeared to be in the process of being renovated. This should have been disclosed and it wasn't. We asked to speak with a manager both days and was told no one was available. Very disappointing. This is not a 5 star hotel

This is a beautiful property with exceptional staff. Our dinner was served in the beautiful dining room and was most delicious!
