中心部から僅かに離れており、その分静かで車もアプローチし易い環境でした。ロビーの吹き抜けが壮大で美しい。街自体がこじんまりとしていながら、若者も多い活気のある街。また行きたいですね。

Magnifique !

For a 4-star hotel, I would say it was very dissatisfactory. The carpets have stains, and the toilet is very old and needs a serious renovation. The shower space was clean but it does not have a shower head (yes I am not joking). There was a broken hand held water spray that leaked water from everywhere. I asked them to fix or replace it and add a showerhead but they told me “it is impossible” (can you believe?). The built in iron was not working properly. However, the breakfast staff are very nice and wonderful. The Comfort Suite room is spacious and the layout is nice.

Le souci est la différence de standing extérieur et la réalité. Chambre des années 90 sans prises pour les téléphones , pas de chaînes satellite ou canal, pas de fenêtre , bruits venant du patio, Check out décevant (pourquoi faire payer la taxe de séjour à la fin?), petit déjeuner correct mais œufs et haricots froids

Hôtel très bien situé, très beau . Le soucis vient des chambres bien vieillottes. Elles méritent un coup de jeune.

La chambre n’est plus dans l’air du temps, mal disposée, écran mal placé et trop petit. L’hôtel est resté bloqué en 1990

Hôtel idéalement à la fois proche du zoo , de la citadelle et de la grand place . Le bar est très agréable et offre des collations si le restaurant est fermé. Personnel présent , efficace et agréable . J aime bien cet hôtel 🙂

Enig negatieve ervaring dat het niet meer mogelijk was om iets te drinken ‘s avonds aan de bar van het hotel hoewel het nog een half uur voor sluitingstijd was

Chambre au 3è vétustes, niveau 2 étoiles, literie fatiguée, fenetre qui ne ferme pas donc moustiques, chaleur étouffantes (pas de ventilation), salle d'eau limite. Buffet du pdj dans la pénombre. Pas de place au restaurant pour les clients de l'hotel sans réservation, dommage de ne pas garder 2-3 tables pour les voyageurs.

Mycket vackert och trevligt hotell med serviceminded personal. Stort härligt rum med vattenkokare. Utmärkt med parkeringen in på gården som vi verkligen uppskattade. Trevligt mrd alla arrangemang framför hotellet samtidigt sol loppisen La Braderie. Vi återkommer gärna till detta mysiga hotell i ett gammalt kloster.

this 4 stars hotel needs better maintenance. we checked in our room and found out that the refrigerator was not working,the toilet flush was malfunctioning,the carpet in the room was spotted.this was fixed the next day (exept the carpet that need to be changed). The location of the hotel is excellent especially for the Lille brocante. Concerning the service,we forgot somethung in the room and called the hotel to tell them to check the room,they said that they would check,they never got back to us

Kind staff doing the best they could under the circumstances. We came for the Braderie de Lille and had no idea our hotel would be hosting events. There was a loud rock band performing outside the hotel every night. We wish we’d been informed of this when booking. Our room also had a leak from the room next door. We discovered after coming back into the room midday. Some of our belongings were wet. We were switched to the only room they had available which was a downgrade. It was older, had little light, and no air conditioning. It also had sloped ceilings and I banged my head on the edge of one of the corners one night. My 6 foot tall husband couldn’t stand upright in the shower.

No air con even though their website states ALL rooms have it. Airless room with no ventilation. 27° overnight. Asked for refund so we could move to another hotel. Refused. Moved on 2nd night into disabled room. Shower didn't work and on opening the curtains, the curtain rail fell down. Reading reviews generally, the air con is complained about alot but they are doing nothing to rectify this issue. 1st member of staff was useless and kept promising to come back to us with a solution but didn't bother. 2nd member of staff (Samuel) did what he could to help but ultimately there were no solutions in this awful hotel.

Great location, and super friendly staffs. But, i would expect free car park for guests. I also beleive rooms need updating, really dated carpet and furnitures. Attention to details is lacking, ie. Windows paintwork is black and flaking... Las5 comment is monday morning laundry collection starting at 6.30am, for ~30mn: very noisy when your room is at the front of the hotel, is there really no where else for this task to be done?? Continental breakfast buffet is good unless you want scramble eggs, they look and taste disgusting!
