カンヌ駅から近く、またビーチやパレ・デ・コングレ方面へのアクセスもよく便利な立地でした。 お部屋は、思っていたよりは狭かったですが、写真通り清潔でかわいらしい雰囲気で快適でした。シャワーブースは、新しくて清潔、水量・湯温ともに大満足ですが、ガラスの仕切り（固定式）の出入り部分はそのまま（開いたまま）なので、どうしても水が外にはねてしまいます。一人旅だと「まあいいか」でも、二人だと気になる人は気になるかも。 朝食は最低限の内容なので、余裕があれば近くのカフェなどに行くのもよいと思います（ホテルの周りはお店がたくさんあります）。 夏のカンヌでお手頃に泊まれたので、全体的にはとても満足のいく滞在でした。

The staff were excellent, \very helpfull. My room was spotless. It was a two (2) minute walk from the train station.

Very friendly front desk staff—met every need. We're so glad we stayed in a place that gave us a real sense of the local charming French welcome.

Very noisy neighbours and the walls feel so thin that you can hear everything the neighbours do. That was the most frustrating thing about the stay. That aside, the place itself is lovely and very convenient.

Nice location in the middle of everything. The bathroom however is really small without much of a door in the shower area and the water goes throughout the bathrooom.

We stayed in this room and, honestly, it was in a very poor condition. In the bathroom, the hangers kept falling off, the shower gel was watered down, and even the shower holders were coming off. The bathroom itself was extremely small and uncomfortable – after showering, the whole place was completely wet. There was no mirror at all in the room. The carpet was old, which really shouldn’t be the case in a hotel. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team! Es war sehr schön ein paar schöne Tage und diesem Hotel zu verbringen! Super freundlich und sehr sauber! Das Meer befindet sich in 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt! In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Restaurants und Bars. Man hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Herzlichen Dank ❤️

Great spot for the price. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff! Would recommend for solo travellers like I was.

Séjour d une dizaine de jours, fidèle client depuis une dizaine d années, client en haute et basse saisons, seul regret ne pas récupérer le confort que j avais avec la chambre 303 durant mes séjours de l époque Simone.

Staff and facility was excellent

The location and staff were over all good, the rooms are clean enough but when they gave us our first room, the room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom light were on. They did change our room immediately which was good. The staff were very friendly. As the rooms were so close to each other especially late night conversations can be heard. Thank you .

Hotellet hadde bra lokasjon, men det var ikke dusjforheng så det ble vått over hele gulvet. Det var også veldig lytt på hotellet. Koselig resepsjon. Man ble også trekt 150 eur i depositum og ikke bare en garanti som de sa

The staff was courteous professional helpful considerate personable friendly and kind. Always willing to answer questions and help with suggestions for dining or travel. The hotel is located in the perfect location to access the train or buss system. Many options to dine and shop. The hotel was safe. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room was cleaned daily. The hotel is located in the heart of Canes … great … but it was very noisy up until about 4 am hard to sleep. The most negative very very very negative for me was the dirty ugly carpet in the hotel room… as an asthmatic I was so worried about getting sick … carpets are detrimental for people with bad allergies and asthma… I requested to change my room but they refused … they would not listen to my complaint at all… so I shut up and put up … normally I would change my hotel but I was in a country that was new to me without my husband … so I tried to find reasons to be out of the hotel room until it was time to sleep … The hotel needs to get rid of nasty carpets in the room and replace it with hardwood floors … that will really enhance the environment and help clients with medical issues.
