グノー ホテル

イベントのため5泊しましたがとても素晴らしいホテルでした。 部屋や水回りは清潔、重厚感ある建物ですが古さは感じられませんでした。毎日ベッドメイキングもしてもらえます。 シャワーは水量も温度も問題なく日本にいる時と同じくらい快適でした。 感動したのが朝食です。 品数は多くありませんが美しく飾り付けされ、オムレツなど卵料理も作ってもらえます。 飲料水はレセプションに給水機があります。 マイナス点は、シャワーをうまく浴びないと床がびしょびしょになる、ホテルの出入り口に数段の階段がありスーツケースを、持っていると大変なことくらいでしょうか。 立地ですが、ニースヴィル駅まで徒歩10分、ジャンメドサン通りまで徒歩15分くらいです。繁華街ではないので夜は静かでした。 バス停が近く、結構便利だったので１日券を買って旧市街までバスで行っていました。 海沿いの方に少し歩くと、カフェやフルーツジュース屋さん、小さいカルフールがあり便利です。

すごく清潔　自分はかなり神経質ですが大満足でした お風呂付きの部屋が大変良く、バスタブが広く、水量調整全て良く、疲れが取れました。 フロントスタッフの女性が日本語を話せ、大変良かったです。スタッフも親切で最高のホテルでした。

everything was excellent

Room was very nice, junior suite with balcony. Hotel is in quiet neighborhood, away from some of the hustle and bustle. But, close enough to walk to most things downtown and in old town Nice. Close to the train station too. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Our room did not get serviced on our last day. Not sure why, but that would be our only complaint.

The hotel was very comfortable, cosy and modern. The room had everything we needed (bar and iron and an ironing board) and staff were very friendly and pleasant. The shower was fantastic and the huge bathroom also had a nice big bath. Bed was large and comfortable.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Greate hotel in quite area, location is so convenient, close to Nice ville train station, Promenade and Old Town, make it easily to explore everything. The room was clean,comfortable with large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was Sooo frendly and attentive. I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 12 nights and would definitely recommend it

Excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Located in an upscale neighbourhood with an 8 minute walk to the Promenade.

Très bel hotel dans un très beau batiment. Le personnel est très serviable, la chambre grande dotée d'une belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec des préparations minute.

PROS: The room was really great. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and even had a gift for us to celebrate our special occasion. They helped us with our luggage and gave us directions around town which was super helpful. CONS: The bathroom! The bathroom was very spacious but the lighting was so dim! If you are trying to put on makeup or shave its almost impossible. The bathroom was huge but the sinks were so small and there is nowhere to put toiletries, etc. With such a huge bathroom they have space for bigger counters. Also there is only one electric outlet so you have to dry your hair right beside the toilet. (if you have long hair and have to flip it upside down to dry it, you are staring directly at the toilet!). Also the shower is huge but has no door so the water gets all over the floor. The controls for the hand held shower head and the rain spa are on the same temperature gauge but one was much hotter than the other. Also the shower shelves are in the middle of the shower instead of above the taps so we knocked our arms and elbows on these sharp metal shelves numerous times. And finally, there were no recycling bins in the room. The breakfast was subpar to what we have experienced at other French hotels. The selection wasnt very good and when we asked the staff about vegan options they had no idea. Some items were already plated rather than presented on a buffet tray which was strange. The coffee maker was also broken.

the weirdest thing was, we had to buy the water in the room beacuse they had tap water by the reception if you like to drink water. So with your pjs at the middle of the night, they expacting you to go downstairs and get a glass of water!!!! Even the smallest, least luxuries hotels give water in the room for free. or put some tap water in a glass bottle and put it in the room! The receptionist was very nice, she assisted us with restaurant quite nicely.

The evening staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and room designs were great. The breakfast staff were kind, welcoming, and courteous. The food was also delicious. The room was generally clean, and the bathroom was well-designed. The bed was awful and one of the worst I have experienced. The bed was two twin mattresses with no cushion or padding. They were two different firm levels, but both were hard. The bedding itself was thin and appeared worn and old. Sleeping in the room was the worst part of the room. The hotel is in a great area and has quite a bit of charm. I would not recommend the room, but the breakfast was great, and the location is recommended.

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel was conveniently located for all local amenities.
