部屋が綺麗でホテルの方も親切でとてもよかったです♪ エレベーターが古くて狭いのだけが残念．

場所が少し裏通りのような感じのするところで、うっかりしてホテルブックを持って出なかったので、モンパルナスで夕食後帰ってきてホテルにたどり着くのに２時間かかりました。ホテル所在地の案内地図が用意してあったのに気づかなかったのが問題でした。 朝食はコンチネンタルということであまり期待していなかったが、なかなかエスプリの効いた内容でした。 こじんまりとしていて、日本の旅館を思わせる雰囲気で良かったのでは。

Clean spacious room but very dated. Cracked and broken bathroom tile.

What a fantastic hotel! We had a double and a single (family of three). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was in a safe/quiet, but very convenient location. We were within 5 minutes of a main train station, as well as lots of food options.

It’s not a major road but it’s close enough to bigger ones which suited our needs.

The hotel was inarea that made easy to get around. We found places to eat near by. The three of us were comfortable.

Staff service was EXCELLENT, showers were kinda crap tho, location was extremely convenient plenty of good cafes nearly

Ótima localização a poucos metros do Arco do Triunfo e do metrô. Vários restaurantes e supermercados. A equipe do hotel é formidável e muito atenciosa. Os quartos são pequenos, mas atendem perfeitamente uma família com uma criança.

The Tour de France was happening the same day as check in and roads were blocked in some cases for miles surrounding the hotel and NO effort was made by the hotel to contact us with an alternate route or to warn us. It took an Uber then a taxi and the kind people at Hotel Bassano to help us find a solution. Also the mini fridge was blinking because of some electrical problems and they couldn’t understand English to fix it even after we showed them a video of the problem. Front desk staff were inadequate for English speaking guests.

We had a one night stay in the family room with our two children. The room was perfectly serviceable, clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming , we arrived before check-in so they stored our bags and we were able to go sightseeing until it was ready. The room was clean and tidy. The AC was nice a cool, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels for us all. The WiFi was strong - we had 2 iPads and phones going so we were able to plan our trips. The snacks/pastries were available in the lobby - nice touch but there are so many good food options nearby so not needed by us! Overall - super, basic, clean and great location. Great for short trips!

Outstanding staff - and would like to recognize Anastasia. Great location. Spacious room for Paris standards. We loved our stay there.

Personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione é ottima, a 5 minuti da metro e treno ma la struttura é datata e l’ascensore molto piccolo a mio avviso il prezzo molto elevato.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and close to metro, restaurants, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees.

We brought our granddaughter for her high school graduation trip and the hotel was located in a perfect spot. Close to train station, great food and shopping! A little small but we were only there to sleep at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Property was in a great location for tourists. The elevator is small and fits one person + one suitcase. Sometimes had to ask them to change the linen in the bedding. Friendly staff and are always willing to help. The hotel, staff, and surrounding area felt safe.
