良い点 駅近で便利、建築が新しい 悪い点 維持管理されてない -事前にメールで問い合わせしたが、返事なし -眺望に良い部屋を希望したが、対応されてない -洗面の吐水が横に飛び出しカウンター水浸し -トイレ洗浄後、水が止まり切らない -冷蔵庫が冷えない(ボトル水を一晩入れたが常温のまま) -朝食でコーヒーメーカーが故障したまま

スタッフがとても親切。客室も新しくて清潔。トイレとシャワー室が分かれているのが便利。ほんとに駅前で、道を渡れば駅。

SNCFの駅のすぐ近くで，旧市街にも、歩いていけ、便利です。外観は一際目立ち、内装も近代風で，清潔❗️豪華さはないものの、ニースから，トゥルーズへの途中で一泊し，ファーブル美獣館を楽しんだだけでしたが，十分に目的を果たすことのできるホテルでした。

Fantastic staff, great location in the middle of the city with on site parking. The food in the hotel is incredible, limited menu but superb quality and sensational value for money. Only moan is that it's showing signs of wear and tear, lots of stains on the carpets and a ton of scuffs on the walls. Don't get me wrong though major recommendation based on staff, food, location and quality of the overall accommodation

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large buffet selection.

The staff spoke multiple languages and was kind and polite. The hotel is located right in front of the train station which is helpful and given its location it is a very good quality. You are just 5 min walk from the downtown area which is just amazing. The rooms are pretty nice. I have stayed here twice. Being from America I would have wished the AC worked a little better. But it did keep the room cool enough, but not as cold as I would have liked. Especially given that it was a hot early summer night. That is why I have it 4 instead of 5 stars. The beds are comfortable. They even have true memory foam style pillows - where most hotels offer foam pillows but they really don’t fulfill the promise. The breakfast is also good quality with fresh bakery products, yogurt (& toppings) assorted deli meats and cheeses and hot eggs, bacon sausage too. The add on of the breakfast is worth the price. If you drive there is plenty of parking in a parking garage just next to the hotel.

Propre à 1min de la gare à pied, 4 minutes de la place de la comédie. Personnel intraitable sur la remise de la chambre à 16h. Pas avant! Mais hôtel agréable.

The staff were absolutely amazing, however we were disappointed to find out that the room we booked that showed pictures of this lovely balcony never existed and actually to get a room with a balcony we had to pay an extra €120! Everyday housekeeping would come in and NEVER replenished the coffee or milk which was really frustrating to have to keep asking. Hotel is right next to the main train station so if you're looking to commute it's ideal. The massage was fantastic

The location is great. Rooms are comfortable and nice. The only problem we had was with the cleaning service, first day didn’t make out room, not even change the towels, second day they cleaned the room but didn’t refill shampoo, coffee and just left one towel and we were 2 people. I left my babies pj for the laundry service and never pick them, I asked the next day and because a holiday the service wasn’t available, they never mentioned this.

Room was clean and good size. Good breakfast selection. Gym was minimally equipped.

O quarto não estava muito limpo. Tinha papel dentro do sabonete no box. A equipe de funcionários foram um pouco ríspidos.

Good location near train station. Comfortable room

The hotel is very well situated, right in front of the train station. They have parking at €25 per might, but you need to reserve as they have very few spots. The room was fine, clean, but there was some kind of not very clean smell. But overall fine.

Very disappointing stay. Not worth the suites pricing. We paid for suites expecting comfort and quality, but the experience was far from it. The odor in the room was extremely strong, and the carpets had visible stains, which made the space feel unclean. The shower was also not functioning properly and ended up flooding the bathroom floor—completely unacceptable for a suite. Overall, this did not meet the standards you would expect when paying for upgraded accommodations.
