部屋に冷蔵庫がありません。水を冷やして飲みたいですが、それすらもできなくてちょっと辛かった サマーシーズンに入り客室は満室のようで上室やサイドの部屋の物音が気になりました

The bed is located near the entrance of the room, so the sound from the hallway is annoying.Also, there is no refrigerator, so there is no place to store the things you buy. Very convenient, within walking distance of the tram and train stations and close to the beach.

フロントのスタッフや清掃のスタッフがフレンドリーで気持ち良い朝を迎えることができました。しかし、お掃除のスタッフの中にはそうでない人もいて、ちょっとテンションが下がり気味になりました。 言葉は通じなくても、ちょっとした挨拶で、旅行者の1日の気分がよくもなり、悪くもなることを実感しました。

一昨年、昨年今年と3年続きで宿泊しています。ホテルの立地場所はパーフェクトではありませんが、周りの環境が良く、心落ち着く場所です。フロントや他のスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、また訪問したくなるホテルです。

一人で宿泊しました。場所もわかりやすく、ビーチに近かったのがよかったです。基本的には静かで過ごしやすかったですが、夜中に廊下で話している人がいたのが気になりました。サービスも気持ちよかったです。

フロントの方が皆フレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。 後、エレベーターの横に自販機があるのがありがたい！

Bien situé .hotel propre

I had a really nice stay at Hotel Busby. The location is excellent — about a 7–10 minute walk to the Promenade and the beach, and roughly 10–15 minutes to the train station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. They offer breakfast for purchase (I didn’t try it), and there are some great added amenities including a small gym, a cozy sitting area with games and books (even toys for little ones), and a terrace out back that’s perfect for relaxing. My only minor complaint would be that the bed was a bit firm and the pillows were a little flat for my preference — but overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return, especially for the location and welcoming atmosphere.

Det er et dejligt hotel med sødt personale og god morgenmad. Værelset var fint med god seng og rent og pænt badeværelse. Og en fin udsigt til lukket have. Skønt roligt og nydeligt kvarter kommer gerne igen

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilft in jeder Situationen!

The hotel and my room were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of a classy old building that has been maintained as such, not overly modernized, but refreshed with simple good taste, a sort of quiet unpretentious dignity comme il faut (as it should be). The location is great, near the Promenade Anglaise, but set back in a nice neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Otimo atendimento na recepcao. Excelente localizacao. Nao temos nenhuma reclamacao do hotel. Somente uma sugestao. Janelas anti ruido para diminuir o barulho da rua, que nao é grande mas as vezes incomoda.

Worst expedia experience and worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I've travelled to every continent. The staff aren't helpful and they are liars. From google reviews you can see there are ants everywhere in the hotel and I was unfortunately bitten. I talked to the staff and they wouldn't help me and told me that's how all hotels are in Nice. But also said they weren't ant bites, they had to be mosquito bites. She didn't even look at my face, she had the answer ready to go because this is clearly a regular issue they face. There is no official legal policy stating there cannot be food in the rooms and they are using that as justification to deny a refund. But according to France's civil law THIS IS ILLEGAL. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS. Expedia customer service also refuses to provide any assistance. They clearly do not care about their customer. Better to use expedia's competitors because expedia is equally terrible.

La atención que recibimos fue muy buena, nos trataron fenomenal, a pesar de llegar de madrugada por retraso del avión, nos guardaron la maleta y cerraban el hotel para coger vacaciones… simplemente lo voy a recomendar. Muy buena ubicación y todonlimpio
