My room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious by French standards. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, if a little pricey (it’s an expensive city). Proximity to the railway station and trams was really useful. Only slight negatives were that area around hotel is a bit deserted at night, although I never felt unsafe, and noise in the corridors carried a lot when people went to and from their rooms during the night. I used earplugs after first night and slept very well.

This property should not have ever turned into a hotel. The property consists of two buildings. Most rooms are in the adjacent building. If you have heavy luggage’s, you will have to take the elevator to the next floor, there you will have to negotiate stairs to get to the next building. The rooms are too small for the price. Showers, sinks and bathrooms are substandard. The location is not great, but it is not too bad. The only positive experience I had was with the helpful staff at the front desk. But I will never stay in this hotel again.

Loved our stay. Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms that are clean and working AC which is convenient to have if you’re visiting in the summer. Also very centrally located and you can travel around easily with the tram stops and Nice Ville train station only 5 mins away.

The location is great—close to the beach, museums, public transport, and the train station. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They even provide beach towels, which is a nice touch (though they could use replacing).
That said, the hotel needs a facelift. Our first room smelled strongly of mold; the second was better, but still not great. The carpets hadn’t been well cleaned, we saw bugs, and the sink water had a sewage smell. Bathrooms were extremely cramped. With some updates, this could be a much better stay

Es waren hervorragend 7 Nächte und Tage in Nice. Der Service war top. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren man konnte alles von den Nachbarn hören. Tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung

Hotel com boa localização. Aparência externa não é boa, porém os apartamentos apesar de pequenos, atendem um casal. Café da manhã muito bom para os padrões europeus. Se estiver de carro, terá dificuldades de estacionar, mas existe parcking nas redondezas.

We liked the hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. When the elevator didn't work and I couldn't walk down the stairs the last day of our stay, all hands were there to help. I stayed at the hotel a lot since I got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful in letting my family and friends visit me. Loved the bed. My husband wishes the shower were a little bigger.

Located 8 minutes walk from gare de Nice. Great roof top terrace. Confortable bed and friendly staff. Room was clean and had all I needed just not the wifi be sure to ask they forget to tell me and I didn’t ask. Stayed for 2 nights only. Doors are extremely loud when closing and opening, it’s heavy and slams which woke me up from the neighbour. Other than that no other noise detected. A pleasant stay.
