ホテルの立地、サービス、部屋、清潔感、Wi-Fi、どれを取っても値段以上のものであった。

フロント親切。立地良い。清潔。部屋広い。バスタブなし。ハンドシャワーあり。入り口は隣の建物なので少し迷いました。 遅く到着しましたがレストランマップを頂き、美味しい夕食をとることができました。 エレベーターありません。3階まで１つのスーツケースは運んで頂きましたが、もう１つは自分で運び、帰りは２つとも降ろしました。（お願い出来るとは思いますが） 駐車場は翌日9時まで、ホテル前の空いているスペースで無料。

予約していたスイートの部屋は、お湯が出なく、翌日、チェックアウトし、別の部屋にチェックインしなおしました。 コンセントが少な過ぎて、バッテリーなどの充電に困りました。 部屋の掃除が、夕方の4時半でも、終わっていなかった。

寝室と洗い場が別の部屋にあるのが良かった。トイレとシャワールームが別なのも快適。ベットもキングサイズで良かった。

鉄道駅からホテルまで公共の交通機関が見つからず。徒歩で１５分以上石畳を歩いて到着。客室は２階だったが、エレベーターは無く、重たいスーツケースを持ち上げざるを得なかった。客室がもっと上であればこれは大変だったと思う。（いくらホテルの人が持ち上げてくれるにしても。）室内は清潔であったが、古い建物をリノベーションした為か、少々無駄なスペースがあった。宿泊した客室は３区画に分かれており、客室面積が広い割には、その印象は受けなかった。環境は静かだった。

Perfect location right next to petite venue! Walking distance to old town! Great great location! We booked the suites, no elevator but they helped carry the luggage up 3 stories. Room was great! Super cute boutique vibe! Great courtyard to have a few drinks! Great tapas restaurant next door.

Exceptional staff, charming location in the ‘la Petite Venise’ area, clean and spacious room (a bit of an odd bathroom layout with the toilet on the opposite side of the room from sink and shower) but overall we LOVED our stay and highly recommend!

Splendid staff especially the glorious and brilliant Kenza who was so helpful to me. My room was NOT a suite It was a tiny bedroom ,pleasant bath and a small entrance A few small things would make the hotel better , No Kleenex in my room; scrambled eggs that were not incinerated (this was true all over Belgium and France) and inexcusable; etc But great location and cheerful and intelligent staff

Die Colombier Suite in Colmar ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um die festliche Atmosphäre des Weihnachtsmarktes zu genießen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, direkt im Herzen des Geschehens. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet eine Vielzahl an köstlichen Optionen, die den Start in den Tag perfekt machen. Die gemütlichen Zimmer und der freundliche Service runden das Erlebnis ab. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

O quarto estava em boas condições mas em um prédio separado do hotel. A porta do quarto dava diretamente na rua, deixando o quarto bem barulhento até bem tarde por causa do movimento intenso de turistas pelo local. A cama casal eram dois colchões que se afastavam durante a noite deixando bem desconfortável para o casal.

⭐ 4-Star Review – Important Tips for Future Guests If you’re coming to Colmar during the Christmas Market season, be aware that Uber or taxis may NOT be able to drop you off directly in front of the hotel. The streets around the hotel are closed to traffic, so even with Uber we still had to walk about 100 yards with our luggage. It wasn’t a huge problem, but travelers with mobility issues should absolutely keep this in mind. We stayed in Le Colombier Suites, which is located across a small pedestrian pathway from the main hotel. The space itself is beautiful and charming, but there is no elevator in the Suites building. The staircases are narrow and can be difficult, especially with suitcases. One of the employees kindly helped us carry our luggage up, but the front desk told us this service isn’t always available. If you have mobility concerns, I strongly recommend booking in the main hotel instead of the Suites. Another thing to know ahead of time: restaurants around the hotel are in extremely high demand during Christmas Market season. Most places were fully booked months in advance. We ended up eating sushi nearby (which was decent), and the next day, after asking around for about 30 minutes, we finally found an Italian restaurant that had space for walk-ins. Plan your dinner reservations well ahead of your trip if food is important to you and you don’t plan on eating street food. This would be a 5-star review, except it had no elevators.
