デザインも可愛く、テラスからパリらしい街並みが眺められ、風も入れることができて良かったです。スタッフの方も親切で安心しました。 アーリーチェックインはできなかったですが、荷物は快く預かっていただけました。エスカレーターも快適です。 アメニティは、タオル、ハンドソープ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドボディクリーム、タオルがありました。パジャマやスリッパはないです。タオルはなぜか宿泊3日目くらいから替えてもらえなくなりました。不思議でしたがなんとかなりました。 残念だったのは、ドアの建て付けが悪く、コツを掴むまで開かなくて焦ったことと、水が流れる音が大きく夜寝る時に気になったことです。パリらしい趣のあるアパルトマンだったと思うと良い経験です。 あとは、ホテル近くの治安が良くはなかったです。危険な人には近づかない、暗い時間帯に不用意に出歩かない等、気を付ければ問題なく過ごすことはできました。 ただ色々な場所にアクセスはしやすいので、上記容認できる方はおすすめのホテルです。

This small hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The staff are exceptionally friendly and fluent in English, which made communication effortless and welcoming. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, offering more space than expected. The only drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, though this seems to be a common feature in other hotels as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and comfort.

バルコニー付きの部屋は限られてるので 注意が必要。予約した部屋にはバルコニーが ないとホテル側が主張する可能性があるので 必ず連絡すること！

ホテルのレセプションが親切丁寧でクレバー。安心して泊まれるホテル。女性一人旅に最適。

メトロのStrasbourg-Saint Denis駅から近くて便利ですが、駅と周辺の雰囲気は想像以上に微妙な感じでした（とは言っても夜に一人で出かけられないほどではありませんでしたが・・・）。1つ先のBonne Nouvelle駅を使うほうがいいかもしれません。距離的にはほとんど変わりません。 ホテルは建物は古いながらも雰囲気は良く、パリらしいといえばパリらしく。朝食は結構しっかりしていました。

Great place in a perfect location! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I absolutely loved the room—it was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything about the stay felt welcoming and seamless. Highly recommend!

Zentrales Hotel, sehr freundlich

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. The location is very central, close to the Metro, walkable to many attractions, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional, went above and beyond to assist us and were extremely helpful. The balcony view from our room was beautiful with plenty of space to enjoy a drink. The room was small for two guests, but we were expecting that and were not bothered as we were out most of the time but unfortunately, the layout of the room was not functional and a bit dangerous. The one step going into the room was not noticeable whatsoever and we fell off the step the first few times upon entering the room. If the bed had not been so close to the entry to break our fall, we would have gotten hurt. Again, the step by the entry door was also close to the washroom door, which caused us to trip when exiting the toilet. There was no step going up to the balcony and it was difficult going in and out of the room without tripping on the door frame. The one cabinet in the bathroom vanity was loose, not mounted on any hinges, and fell every time we bumped into it. We enjoyed our stay and would return if a better laid out room was available next time.

The room was spotless and the staff courteous. Loved the balcony and the views.

There are bed bugs in the hotel. Hotel knows the problem and doesn’t respond. Stay away.

Good morning location, clean sheets, and floor but the walls were stained, head board was very cheap fabric that was very wornn, wallpaper peeling and mold in the shower grout

A gem of a hotel in a great location. Very easy to navigate into the main attractions from the metro station right outside the door. The rooms were spotless and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice to set you up for the day ahead. I would thoroughly recommend it.
