なんといってもスパが最高に素晴らしい。ぴかいち。種類空間清潔全てパーフェクト。 レストランも安くて美味しい。素材にこだわっていて，安心して食べられる。 気に入って滞在を1日延長しました。 次回もこのホテルに泊まります。

部屋は清潔感があり、ベッドが心地よかったです。また、スリッパやバスローブなどのアメニティもついていて、有難かったと思います。場所が中心地から遠いのが難点でした。

客室の水回りは限りなく三ツ星に近いですが　プール(塩素が強いです)などの設備は充実しています。また子供も預けることが出来るので上手く利用されれば大人はエステやジムなど楽しめます。

Encore un très bon séjour au métropole qui est un établissement de qualité toujours très propre. Les chambres sont en revanche un petit peu vieillissante mais en tout cas on y dort très bien et les équipements sont de qualité

Bonjour, Le séjour "était vraiment sympa ,seulement il y avait des cheveux dans la baignoire. Le personnel est sympa . On a pu se garer facilement .Les dames du ptit dej étaient vraiment super agréables . Bonne continuation.

Un bel endroit gâché par un personnel au spa à la limite du correct, on se croirait au guichet de la secu!!! Indigne des lieux . Un spa avec des équipements en panne, très vaste mais surtout pour se reposer . Les équipements sont en fin de compte peu nombreux notamment en extérieur. Et une salle de petit déjeuner installé dans une salle trop petite qui fait plus penser à une cantine d’entreprise, alors qu’il y a une entrée vide et sans usage .. cela me laisse l’impression que l’hôtel n’est pas habitué à recevoir du monde alors que pourtant cela ne semblait être loin d’être complet .

Our family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was 11 euros to use the underground car park so we were happy to park for free in the open air car park over the road. We booked this hotel because of the amazing pool. Unfortunately, I hadn’t noticed the small print in the booking that the pool is part of the spa facilities and only accessible if you pay the spa day-rate of 45 Euros per adult and 22 Euros per child per day. Given we arrived at 4pm and only had a couple of hours before dinner and then an early start the next day, we couldn’t justify this expense. Our kids were hugely disappointed and it took the shine off our experience here. I also noticed a sign (and see from other reviews) that men and boys can’t wear swimming shorts with pockets in the pool. So my son and I would have had to buy new swim suits to be able to use it anyway. I’d recommend the hotel make this clearer on their listings. I would expect to pay for a spa, but not use of a pool.

Lovely hotel, but terrible value for money. As many reviews say, no pool access included. And the fee for a swim is too high if you don’t want the full spa facilities. There are other hotels with pools for far less. Spa is decent if you buy. Hotel is split - we stayed next door in an apartment block which was fine, but felt like a different hotel. So overall, okay, but would never go back.

Tres bel hôtel avec une très grande piscine. Facile d'accès et offrant des possibilités de stationnement gratuit....ou payant.

Just a one night stop over with spa access, what a treat. Nice big rooms, nice staff and the spa is an added experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. My only advice if your male and not used to the French customs you cannot wear swimming shorts with pockets in the pool / spa area. We had to buy some thin Nilon material swimming shorts what they sell onsite, we just went up 2 sizes so they looked like shorts and not skin tight (or you can wear speedos if you want)

I can’t talk enough of the spa and swimming pool access option of the hotel! You will not regret it! It’s just a great way to end our wonderful time at Lyon with some self-care in their amazing spa facility. It’s also super nicely managed and clean. Especially in love with their Grotto pool. Breakfast is also nice and just what we needed. Love the laundry room that allowed us to do some laundry for a family trip. Overall great especially if you want to just relax and enjoy a day at the pool and spa!

On a l’impression de réserver l’hôtel mais en faite il s’agit de chambre avec cuisine dans un bâtiment à côté. À 250€ la nuit on s’attend à mieux. Déçu de cet hôtel

Très bon séjour, Le SPA est superbe, Le restaurant est bien : là nourriture est très bonne, par contre il ne faut pas avoir un gros appétit. Notre chambre était au 6 ème étage avec la vue sur la Saône. Juste magnifique. Merci

Reservierungsbedürftige Zimmer und was am meisten genervt hat war das nur kurze Schwimm hosen erlaubt waren, die vor Ort für 20-49€ gekauft werden können. Es gibt zwar Schilder die eine durchgestrichene Badeshort zeigen, aber nichts davon was als alternative getragen werden darf. Ich hätte erwartet das die Reception einen darauf hinweist, aber nein es werden die SPA- Bänder ausgegeben ohne Vorwarnung. Noch nicht mal Kinder dürfen Badeshorts tragen. Also nein Danke!

Var uppmärksamma på att poolen ej ingår när man betalat för ett rum utan du måste betala nästan dubbelt upp igen för att få tillgång till poolen och spa mm. Gick inte att enbart få tillgång till poolen UTAN att behöva betala för spa och gym mm vilket gjorde det väldigt dyrt

Stayed for 2 separate nights recently and loved every minute. Bar, restaurant , housekeeping and spa staff all friendly and professional however gotta say a huge thanks to Adrienne on the front desk and the team. He sure knows how to keep this one calm as well as sort issues. Can't speak highly enough about the team. Definitely returning. Margot Gordon
