Good hospitality

一人旅で利用いたしました。17区は初めてでしたが、このホテルの周りは商店街もあり、バス停は目の前でしたので　大変便利でした。 また、旅行客に会うより　地元の人に会う確率が高いので　生活が見られます。パン屋さん　惣菜店は隣にあり、スーパーも目の前です。 部屋は狭いですが　一人には十分な広さでした。 ＣＰはいいですね。パリでこの値段で　このレベルに宿泊できるのは嬉しいです。また、空港送迎もあり　助かりました。また　利用したいです。

昨年末より夫婦ふたりで２６泊滞在しました。　チェックインの時フロントの方がとてもよくしてくださいました。　また、１日の何回も出はいりしましたが気持ちよく対応してくれました。 あまり大きなホテルではありませんが、アットホームな感じで快適に過ごせました。

The Room was very nice and the staff were very friendly.

Très désagréable surprise quand je suis rentré dans la chambre. Une forte iode au nauséabonde embaumait la chambre. La fenêtre était ouverte le problème était donc connu. (Chambre 51) Quand j’ai appelé la réception, on m’a dit que l’hôtel était complet, qu’effectivement c’était déjà arrivé dans la chambre 58. Honteux de ne rien faire alors que le problème a déjà été signalé et de remettre ces chambres en location au détriment du client

Je le recommande vraiment. C'est très bien localisé, la chambre était propre. Je reviendrais sans doute.

Excellent service, clean and beautiful room only thing bit lacking was the breakfast, not so many options

Il était difficile d'accéder aux toilettes de la chambre car le lit nous empêchait d'ouvrir la porte des toilettes. Également, beaucoup de bruits après minuit dans les chambres voisines à la nôtre, chambre mal insonnorisée, ce qui a fortement nuit à notre sommeil.

I arrived hours early and I was able to leave my luggage there. When checking in, they were training a new receptionist. We were all there once upon a time being new hires right? But if you notice a language barrier between us, why not step in and take over for them instead of adding to the struggle and saying, “his transition isn’t smooth” and help speed the process up. They were kind enough to upgrade my room, which was very spacious! Small bathroom though. WiFi would lag at times in some areas. You can NOT adjust the thermostat so it was very chilly. Thankfully, I had brought my own warm blanket and added a few layers of clothing. Good location for walking to majority of Paris sites! And surrounded by lots of shops for food and clothing!

Von drei Tagen konnten wir an zweien das Badezimmer nicht benutzen, da schmutziges Wasser von der Decke tropfte. Das Personal war hilflos und fühlte sich nicht zuständig die einzige "Unterstützung" der Mitarbeiter vor Ort bestand aus einem Stapel zusätzlicher Handtücher und der Zimmerservice stellte einen Eimer unter die am schlimmsten tropfende Stelle... Unterirdisch ! Das einzig positive für uns am Hotel war die Lage und gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ansonsten ganz bestimmt NIE WIEDER !

Die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr klein.

The location and ease of use cant be beat!!!

Area was pleasant and convenient for us. Room was small but sufficient and comfortable.

Chambre minuscule,salle de bain impossible de bouger ,pas de miroir grossissant,pas de lampe de chevet ou de lecture.

Good but there were bedbugs. The lobby was nice clean and gave a nice fresh feeling. The room was nice and clean, the air conditioning was nice to have.
