ホテル トゥーミュー

フロントの方の接客やホテルの部屋自体は綺麗で居心地がよかったが、サービスが気が利かなかった。全くインフォメーションが無いので夜外出時のハウスキーピングが不可と後で気が付いたり、wifiがこちらからしつこく確認しないと設定出来なかったり、ルームサービスで頼んだものに対して人数分のお皿・グラスが出てこなかったり。一言でいうと気が利かないという部分が目立った。

フランスの人気テレビ番組TOP CHEFの審査員で有名なジャン・フランソワ・ピエージュの、同名レストランの階上にあるホテル。出張で泊まるには気恥ずかしいほどのおしゃれなデザイン。部屋は狭いし、部屋へのアプローチもウナギの寝床のように長く、エレベーターもなく、いかにもパリの中心といった感じ。ただし設備や質感で最高の快適さを提供しようという姿勢は傑出している。iPad、フランスでは珍しい歯ブラシ、エスプレッソマシーンなどを完備。チェックイン時にはその日の朝にレストランで焼いたというおいしいクッキーが部屋に用意されている。特に女性で荷物が極端に多くない方にお勧めします。

レストランが開いたホテル。ということで、レベルが高いレストランで食事ができるのはうれしく、朝食もとてもおいしかった。部屋のインテリアはファンシーで、冷蔵庫の飲み物も宿泊料込で飲むことができたりipadが備え付けだったり、新しいスタイルを楽しめます。部屋の広さはパリのホテルの中ではまあまあですが、ジュニアスイートという言葉に期待するほどの広さはありません。セキュリティボックスなど部屋に備え付けの設備が壊れていて修理を数回依頼したが３日間の宿泊中には対応してくれませんでした。エレベータが無く、スーツケースの運搬に手こずります。レセプションが無人の時間も多くホテルのサービスとしてのレベルは低い。印象としては身軽な旅慣れた人が新しいスタイルを楽しむためのホテルで、ザ・観光が目的の方には向きません。

It was great

This was the coolest place. The beds were comfortable, my room was such a neat design, big and clean! The staff was unbelievably nice. My flight was cancelled the day of check out and they let me hang around and offered me drinks and even a place to lie down if I wanted. They even have the cutest cat roaming around, it’s very friendly but beware if you have a cat allergy.

Carpet and sofas need to be steamed cleaned otherwise great hotel location, staff, Ubu... breakfast service quite slow, especially since it's quite empty, but friendly accommodating staff is excellent. Nice, clean, modern, but carpets and sofas just needs a good steam

We were greeted by friendly staff upon check-in. We were grateful that all the staff spoke English and they also helped us bring our bags up. Good to know info: There is no elevator in the building. There is a very narrow stairway to get into the building, and there are stairs to get to your room. There is an adorable cat in the building who is sweet and fluffy, but can easily be avoided if you have allergies. He is fully vaccinated and not a bother at all. The rooms were great size, with enough room to move around. There is no microwave. And only one trash can which is in the bathroom. There is a fridge which is stocked (but you have to pay if you drink the drinks in there). They provide you with two waters on the nightstands with glasses. There is a tv and a radio which we didn’t use. We didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was a view of the adjacent buildings but we didn’t care. There is a lounge area with water and coffee- both were wonderful. There are also many couches and games (chess, etc). The location was PERFECT! Close to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. There are so many restaurants and cafes in the area, endless amounts so it really was a perfect area. There is also a restaurant downstairs of the hotel (it’s part of it) that you can reserve with the front desk staff- we did eat there and the service was wonderful. Food was good but we found a better spot up the road which was a little better. We traveled with 2 adults and children.

Great location

Great location and lovely staff! The building is old and gorgeous and incredibly charming. I wasn’t aware that there was no lift, and while the staff were incredibly kind and helpful it was something I wish I had known pre-booking (likely my fault for not reading more closely!). Also, the bathtub was delightful but a bit of a pain if you need an actual shower. Finally, the rooms are decorated beautifully and look like the photos but l was a little disappointed in the state of our room. Carpet looked stained and paint/wallpaper was chipping all over, ceilings were dirty. Again, good location for what we wanted but don’t know if it was worth the price we paid.

The staff at this hotel are so kind and friendly however the rooms have seen better days. Our room clearly was aged with stains on the headboard, lights out in the bathroom and the vanity mirror about to fall out of the wall. The biggest draw back is you can not control the temp of your room, the temp is controlled by a main temp of the overall hotel which is to hot.

Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or indulging in a fine dinner, this elegant culinary destination exceeded all expectations. For anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Paris with an unbeatable location, exceptional staff, and a fantastic dining experience, Hotel Thomieux is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

The property itself was well maintained and the room we were given was warm and well stocked with clean bedding and decent air conditioning. The rooms could do with a slight update as the headboard looked pretty tired in our room however didnt inpact the stay at all. Perfect for our weekend away. The Staff were friendly throughout the stay and willing to help with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Paris.

I really loved the hotel. Great costumer service with an amazing restaurant and nightlife attached to it. Will definetely recommend!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Alt var godt. Personaler var serviceminded. Der var en sød kat og det gjorde store indtryk på min 4 årige datter. Udover det var maden super god på hotellet. Det eneste der manglede var koldt vand i bruseren efter en lang dag ud i solen. Håber jeg de får den fikset. Rummet havde alt hvad jeg havde behov for. God behagelig seng, tv, radio, drikkevarer og mørklægningsgardiner. Jeg kan se mig selv komme tilbage til lige præcist dette hotel igen fordi jeg følte den varme velkomst af personalerne og at beliggenhed var helt passende til de forskellige seværdigheder i centrum af Paris. Jeg er yderst taknemmelig over at have fundet denne perle. I området var der mulighed for at opleve forskellige madkulturer eller restauranter. Og det er virkeligt dejligt. Altså jeg har gode ting at sige. Merci!!!
