SNCFのMetz駅が間近にあり、周囲に食事処も多いです。 長距離バスの乗り場は駅の反対側にあり、歩いて15分程度の距離です。 街の中心まで歩いて行けますが、バスも便利です。 交通の便利の良さの他は、格別特記することはありません。 普通の旅行者向けの良いホテルだと感じました。

列車の時間まで、待たせてもらい、ホッと一息できた。フロントまでが、どうなうのかと思う程の …。まあ、フランスでは、普通？ 前日の半値なのに、フロントも親切。ベットもまあまあでした。水回りも設備は兎も角 、清潔にしてあつた。

駅前でどこに行くにも便利なホテル。駅周辺が石畳であり、スーツケースを持ち歩くことになるので、近さはありがたい。 ロビーには、階段で上がるしかなく、重いスーツケースは負担になる。スタッフは非常に親切。部屋も特に不満はない。

Hotel qui semble laissé a l'abandon. Insonorisation entre les chambres inexistante. Tâches sur le parquet flottant, sur les rideaux... Les trous dans les portes sont bouchés avec du tissu. Douche fendue, la porte de celle-ci etait déposée et mise sur le coté. La porte entre le sas d'entrée et la chambre n'avait pas de pêne. Seul point positif : les toilettes étaient separés de la salle de bain et donnaient sur le sas d'entrée et pas directement dans la chambre.

Situation idéale et personnel sympathique, serviable et à l'écoute. En revanche, tout l'hôtel nécessite une rénovation complète pour revenir dans les standards.

The reception staff is wonderful, but the property is ran down, the rooms are not properly clean (the common areas are even worse). Also the establishment houses refugees, so you have families with small (and loud) children living full time in the premises. Very raucous, very noisy. Elevator has been broken for over a year. Drains in both sink and shower are clogged.

Absolument pas au niveau de l'attendu d'un hotelet encore moins au vu de la note élevée . Malgré une reservation non annulable, j'ai préféré trouver un autre hotel plus en état et sécurisant... Seul point positif, la personne a l'accueil qui fait ce qu'elle peut dans cet établissement

extreem smerige kamer en vieze badkamer. Gangen stinken en tapijt ziet eruit alsof er vlooien inzit. Vriendelijke man achter de balie. Ik ben niet gebleven. De vloer van de kamer plakte aan mijn schoenen.

Bon, que dire pendant cette période difficile pour les hoteliers. Chambre réservée en travaux, pas de visu de ma résa, Chambre de remplacement avec télécommande HS, Wifi hors portée, pas de protection matelas, pas vraiment de draps, voisins du dessus à fond jusqu'à 00h, et voisins du dessous à fond jusqu'à... 3 heures. J'ai bien essayer de changer de chambre mais l'autre était pire en terme de bruits. Bref, pour 80 euros 4 heures de sommeil...un 3 étoiles... comment dire ....
