3泊しましたが初日はゴキブリが出て2日目は朝の5時に急にテレビがつきました。深く眠れなかったです。

Hotel staff are friendly. They kindly kept my luggage for free until the evening. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The difficult thing is that the elevator is located in the middle of the stairs, so it is very difficult to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

駅に近く、周辺にレストランやスーパーもあるので便利。スタッフも親切だった。ただ壁が薄いのかホテル内の人の声や物音はすごく聞こえるし、外のバス？の音も聞こえるので騒音があると寝れない人には向かないと思う。あと部屋の鍵の開け方が慣れるまで難しかった。

パリという地価の高いところでこの値段だったのであまり期待はして居ませんでしたが、その割には綺麗で広く感じました。ただオートロックではなかったのでそこには注意が必要です。それと鍵を掛けるのが少し難しい。

　パリのメトロ４番線一番最後の駅から徒歩５分くらい、駅降りてピンクの看板が目印としてあります。旧キリアドホテルでgoogleだと昔の青の看板のホテルの写真とか残ってるかもしれないですね。評価はあまり高くはないのでどうかと思ったんですけど、物価の高いパリのホテルで６～７０００円くらいで泊まれたので何も問題なし。　チェックインが１４：００頃でしたが、掃除のおばちゃんが部屋鍵をみて急いで掃除してたのはご愛嬌。　ここの駅だとシャルルドゴール空港まで１回乗り換えで行けます。オルリー空港も比較的近いと思います

Dirty bed sheets. Made skin itchy. Bad air quality, and zero noise cancelation you could hear everything. It sounded like the neighbor opened our room when he opened his room. I still havent gotten a refund either.

Commentaire laissé par Donald – Séjour du 11 au 16 novembre Après une discussion avec la propriétaire, nous avons compris que l’établissement venait tout juste d’être repris. Cela explique certains points perfectibles, et nous faisons preuve d’indulgence car l’équipe a réellement la volonté d’améliorer les choses. L’emplacement est excellent : quartier sécurisé, nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité, très bonne accessibilité. Le personnel historique est agréable et accueillant. Quelques axes d’amélioration pourraient toutefois permettre à l’hôtel de monter rapidement en gamme : L’isolation phonique serait à revoir, notamment la nuit. La salle de bain mériterait d’être rafraîchie et mise au goût du jour. Pour le petit-déjeuner, des croissants frais et un jus d’orange pressé feraient vraiment la différence. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour et sommes convaincus que, avec quelques ajustements, cet hôtel a un fort potentiel et saura offrir une expérience encore meilleure. — Donald

Chambre mal isolée du bruit, le prix n’est pas justifié

Nous avons souffert de bruit pendant la nuit avec des claquements de portes, de personnes qui parlent fort dans le couloir. Visiblement il y a un problème disolation du bruit dans les chambres.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not 3-Star Standard I stayed at this hotel expecting a 3-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that at all. The bed wasn’t clean, and I actually found bugs in it. After just one night, my whole body started itching — not a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was very poor. There were only four types of cold cuts, no variety of bread, and the only fruit available was apples. This is far below what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to others. It urgently needs better hygiene standards and a proper breakfast offering to justify its rating.

Quite a good location about 5 min walk from metro. Room a bit small bit ok. Could do with some drawers for belongings. Bathroom had shower over bath and the curtain got in the way when showering. Good soundproofing . Breakfast was ok , cereals , toast , croissants , cake, cheese, meats, yoghurts, hot drinks and juices.

Hotel bom em bairro residencial, proximo de metrô e supermercados. Pessoal atencioso da recepção.
