Horrível desde a chegada!! Portão na entrada que ninguém abre por dentro fazendo a gente esperar na estrada as 14:30h. Aliás, para entrar e sair é preciso descer do carro mesmo na chuva para digitar código na caixa bem afastada do carro. Quarto não estava pronto até as 15:00h e nenhum bar ou restaurante para servir alguma coisa. Televisão não funcionava e pelos comentários já mais de um mês. A água de cortesia não estava disponível, mesmo no dia seguinte, sem falar que havia sido deixada “esquecida” meia garrafa já aberta no quarto. Tudo muito ruim!! A impressão que deixou é que não querem mais hóspedes pois tem proprietários frequentando. NÃO VÁ PARA LÁ!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 2:15 pm and our room was not ready, they said come back at 3:00 pm. After driving for over 4 hours to get to the hotel we were upset and pissed for their poor administration that the room could only be ready at the check in time. We have traveled over 45 countries in the past 50 years we have never ever waited for check in time, always by noon rooms were ready….bad administration! Secondly they advertised for a pizza restaurant which was not operative anymore, not other place was available if you wanted a snack or something to eat when you arrived or even for your stay. Thirdly there was no television available in the room or in the whole complex, they purported that a storm had knocked out the system, really? For all 5 days of our stay. It seems sad the we have sent humans to the moon over 50 years ago and they could not manage in this day and time to fix the problem.

We only stay one night because the hotel didn’t offer the type of services we expected. No help with luggage when we arrived, no dining offered for lunch or dinner, no bar and extremely difficult to get lunch and dinner elsewhere, and needed to walk at least 15 minutes to get to the beach. We didn’t have a car. The manager was very nice in helping us find a room at Moby Dick part of the chain of hotels which was nearby and had everything we needed including being a beach front hotel. Which by the way was fabulous. It was evident that Castell Verde was not a good option for us. I recommended the manager of this hotel to include information about services offered on their website so people know what to expect. We are thankful though about them helping us find a room at Moby Dick which has wonderful grounds and all the services you expect from a 4 star hotel.

Dans la 1ere chambre, la clim de marchait pas. Apres plusieurs réclamations, on nous a changé de chambre, plus petite, moins propre. La douche se trouvait dans les toilettes ou l'inverse. C'était soit disant une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilite réduite... Il faut marcher et descendre pour aller a la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est tres cher pour ce qu'ils proposent. J'ai demandé un dédommagement. Pour me faire partir plus vite, l'hôtesse m'a dit qu'elle allait demander à son supérieur et me donner une réponse vendredi après-midi midi. J'attends toujours sa réponse.

Très belle vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. Plage accessible à pied depuis l’hôtel. Bémol : pas de service de restauration sur place, la pizzeria qui est pourtant mentionnée sur le site était fermée.

Surclassé au Mobydick 4* - emplacement sympa mais nous a prive des équipements du Castel verde et pas un 4* en terme de service - non respect du client, personnel majoritairement debutant qui est de bonne volonté mais pas au point, restaurant decevant sauf pour petit dejeuner. Aucun service a disposition, y compris rransats plage accessibles a tous ! Ne conseillerai pas cet établissement et n y retournera pas. Prestations et surtout accueil pas a la hauteur du prix

Cadre magnifique hôtel confortable

Rien a redire sur l’établissement, le petit déjeuner était très correct. il y avait quelques critiques par le passé et ont dû sûrement en tenir compte. La prise d’une caution de 300€ n’est pas justifiée malgré le paiement à l’avance.

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant très beau cadre et chambre propre et bien équipée.

Le personnel très accueillant et disponible - idem les dames de chambres - elle sont très soigneuses.

Restaurant war nur von 18.30 bis 21.30 offen und nur Pzzas im Karton geschnitten ohne Besteck und Teller. Selfservice. Frühstückauswahl wenig. Brot Schinken Käse und Jogurt. Getränke und Pizzapreise überteuert

There is simply not one single reason to like this hotel.

As a couple, we have stayed at different hotels around the world for over 300 nights over the last 5 years. In other words, we have seen a couple of hotels. And honestly this hotel is one of the worst we have stayed in, two nights and 900 € we will never get back. To start, this whole area should be avoided. The beach is overrated, not better than any of the ones up the coast. The area is VERY crowded and there is a CRAZY amount of mosquitos due to the huge swamp behind the beach. The hotel itself: - The wi-fi doesn’t work at all - The pool area is small and the water is filthy - The rooms are not cleaned properly (old sheets etc) - The breakfast is a joke (for this kind of money) - The chargers for the cars are 4x more expensive than it is on the rest of the island. - There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel, the dinner (half pension) is served 2 km away on a another facility (beware, there are no lights along this road and the food is horrendous). - In desperate need of renovation, it is literally falling apart (I fell through the floor just outside of the room with the doorhandle in my hand). And for this price? Please.. - The water doesn’t work properly (staff lies and says something about broken pipes from the city WHILE they still are watering the lawn..) - No water bottles in the room (standard even in cheaper hotels) DO NOT GO HERE.
