Les plus : Etablissement bien placé à un quart d'heure de marche du centre historique et tout proche du lac. Parking gratuit hors saison en face de l'hôtel. Environnement calme, bonne literie. Les moins :Accueil peu chaleureux, en ce qui nous concerne chambre petite une fois le porte-bagage installé, il faut se faufiler entre les meubles. Petit déjeuner assez complet mais un peu cher. Les 3 étoiles ne nous semblent pas méritées par rapport au service. Lit et ménage faits à la va-vite, plateau de courtoisie sans bouteille d'eau et tasses utilisées la veille non remplacées. Personnel peu avenant, personne ne vérifie les numéros de chambre pour les petits-déjeuners. Si nous avions été malhonnêtes nous aurions facilement pu ne pas payer les nôtres. En bref un hôtel qui n'est pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués mais est bien placé.

Most staff were excellent and very helpful (apart from one young woman in the restaurant) Recommended.

Parfait ! Hôtel confortable, silencieux et très bien situé. Seul bémol l'hôtel encaisse une caution correspondant approximativement au prix de la chambre caution restituée après notre départ d'après le receptionniste. Approche peu commerciale à mon sens. Dommage...

Lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. We opted for a larger room with a balcony, which was great. The location was handy for both the lake and for walking into Annecy centre. There were a number of car parks as well as shops (including boulangeries) in the immediate vicinity of the horel. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Cours séjour, mais on a apprécié l'équipe, l'hôtel, et le lac à 100m... bref une excellente adresse à des tarifs incroyablement favorables vu l'endroit. Vraiment top

Muy buen alojamiento cerca de la ciudad, pero a la ve alejado del bullicio. Además acercarse a la ciudad tras un agradable paseo al borde del lago cada día no tiene precio. Y que nuestra mascota, un perro grande, fuese bienvenido en todo momento, lo cierto es que se agradece mucho. Muchas gracias. Luz

We were at this hôtel two years ago and it is still very good ! The staff is really nice and friendly - very best😃 We will always use this hôtel when in Annecy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic hotel if you want to be close to the lake. It's a 5 minute walk to the water's edge. It is in a quiet area with plenty of car parks nearby. Loved our time here.

Hôtel très bien, restaurant sur place de grande qualité, et petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Problemes de chauffage. J ai eu bcp de mal a réchauffer la chambre. Je pense qu en plus l isolation phonique avec extérieure devrait etre revue

Bonjour, accueil convivial . Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Juste bien préciser que le parking est sur réservation car en haute saison cela est compliqué de stationner à proximité. Cordialement

위치도 좋고 슈펴마켓도 가깝고 앙시 호수도 거의 앞. 호텔에 식당도 괜찮다. 조식은 15유로. 전반적으로 다 좋다. 1인용 엘레베이터도 재밌긴 함. 그런데 조명이 적어 방이 어둡고, 옷장 아래바닥은 청소 안 돼 먼지 있음

Nice place, located close to the lake and a 10min to the centre. First nigth had some aircon noise, but it was fixed next day.

It is also within walking distance from the lake, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and activities. There is a convenient parking lot in front of the entrance (public). The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well-equipped, with free wifi. The breakfast was good, with a variety of products for a reasonable price. The only thing that could be improved is the selection of options, as I would have liked to see more fresh fruits and pastries. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Catalpa and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel in Annecy.
