スタッフの方は親切で、部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。エレベーターが狭いことだけが難点でしたが、他に困ったことは無かったです。ありがとうございました！

フロントの対応は親切でとてもよかったですが、建物全体が改装途中で廊下もカーペットなどがなくハゲた木の上を歩いているような感じ。 バス、トイレのドアが閉まらず手で押さえてトイレに入らないといけない状態でした。 シャワーは常にお湯は出て詰まることもなかったです。

エレベーターが2人乗りくらいで狭くて怖かったです、、部屋の鍵が昔っぽい趣のある鍵でかっこよかったけど、逆に言うとヘアピンとかで開けられそうな感じが防犯面で不安を感じました。 シャワーとトイレがセパレートだったのでそこは満足です💓

A bit noisy and small room, but

Location was fantastic for what I needed to do on business, pretty quiet for the most part (there were some construction going on in the mornings), incredibly clean and attentive.

Bon accueil, chambre familiale spacieuse, propre, avec une bonne literie ainsi qu’un double vitrage donc peu de bruit de la rue.

We had the family room, with a large king bed and a twin, which was perfect for 3 ladies. Two large windows that we could open was also convenient. The only thing was that the mirror on top of small table should be much larger in height .. for 3 people to prepare themselves. Thks

We did not need air conditioning for the 10 days we were there. The room was cleaned every day and it was amazing. There were lots of shops near the hotel. The staff where excellent.

Made my stay in Paris so amazing! Rooms are super clean and the air conditioning isn’t very strong but it’s there. Front desk and all staff are friendly and always very helpful. The location is very convenient as well with the Miromesnil station being a 2-3 minute walk away! Plenty of food options, a Franprix, and other great places around the area. Definitely hoping to stay here again during a future trip to Paris!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights to explore the city. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it's incredibly convenient. Just steps away from shopping centers, a variety of dining options, and easy access to public transportation, which made getting around the city hassle-free. However, the room itself was underwhelming. It felt quite small for two adults, and we were disappointed by the limited amenities. There was no space to really relax or unpack comfortably, and it lacked some of the extras you’d expect at this price point. If you're prioritizing location over comfort, this place might suit your needs. But for travelers looking for a bit more space and convenience in-room, you may want to explore other options.

We first got a different room from what we initially booked but after complaining on hotels.com the manager immediately changed our room to what we saw in the photo as we were booking and apologized to us with a bottle of wine! The housekeeper was really nice

This was a mainly business trip. This is not a hotel for business. One night and morning it was not hot water. Every night I had a cigarette smell coming into my room. No action taken from front desk.
