It was a tad confusing as it’s attached to hotel Luxembourg and they share a reception. But we were greeted warmly and our room was ready and the infant crib was already in there. Perfect after tired all night flight. Location is great! Near the center. Staff was kind. Would recommend!

My tv had issues and the staff helped me figure out its quirks. They also stored refrigerated items for me and indulged me when I tried speaking French. They were so lovely I would go back to this hotel for the front desk staff alone!

Très bel hôtel. Chambres petites mais confortables. Piscine et bain tourbillons, un plus après une journèe de visite. Il y a même un spa. Petit déjeuner bon et de qualité. Un peu cher mais nous sommes après tout dans un hotel. Je recommande.

Room was clean but very small . No free parking at the property. You could pay a daily fee to park. Free parking was a 5 minute walk. Expedia listed that there was a safe in the room, that was important to us, but it was not there
You had to store valuables at the front desk
Staff at this hotel was hard workings and extremely friendly and accommodating.

Staff was great! Room was nice & clean. Hotel was close to what we wanted to see.
Downside .... our room was across a very busy street from the cinema. Lots of groups chatting & yelling & having fun. Good for them, but not for us as we were just trying f to sleep & that was tough. Motorcycle running up & down the street late didn't help.
I'd stay here again, just ask for a quiet room.

Very nice historic building in quieter area, close to main street with shopping and restaurants.
We were upgraded to the hotel next door (Luxembourg).
Very poor wifi for streaming/connectivity.
Very loud due to other guests slamming doors closed - inside and outside (parking lot).
Breakfast option is convenient but not worth $19 euros per person.
Towels for pool are not provided but if you ask the front desk, they can give you robes.

Good hotel with secure parking for motorbike. Right in the old town and with in walking distance of alot of the main attractions. Rooms a bit small but clean and adequate with coffee machine, breakfast was okay could have been repplenished more. Staff helpful and professional. Would stay again
