スタッフが皆親切に対応してくれます。近くに美味しいDeliやベーカリー、レストランがたくさんあり、夜遅くても安全に歩けます。コインランドリーも近く、長期滞在にも困りません。

スタッフのおじさんが非常に親切でフレンドリー。 １階のフロントで朝食を食べられますが、 ホテルの周りにおいしそうなパン屋がおおいので 持ち帰りにして、フロントで食べさせてもらいました。 インスタントコーヒーは３€で提供してくれます。 こじんまりしたペンションみたいなホテルですが 個人的にはゴージャスなホテルよりこういう方が好き。

2025年3月に観光で２泊しました。オペラ座やルーブル美術館に直通15分ほどのメトロ bastille駅から徒歩すぐのところにありとても便利な場所でした。ノートルダム大聖堂はセーヌ川沿いに歩いて行けました。部屋も清潔感があり、ホテルスタッフもとても感じがよく、気持ちよく滞在できました。

地下鉄の駅に近く、空港からも乗り換え回数が少なく、さまざまなミュージアムに行くにも便利です。 部屋は清潔で、設備も整っています。 特にチェックイン後にスーツケースを入れるロッカーを無料で使えたのがよかったです。スタッフも親切でした。次にパリな来た時も泊まりたいです。

アメニティがほとんどなく持ち込みでした。水漏れ等設備に問題はありましたが、立地、清潔さ、24時間スタッフ在中、対応の良さの面では良かった。メトロ1号線の駅に近く周りはカフェ、スーパーマーケット、パン屋が豊富にあり困らない

Le Monsieur présent à mon arrivée le soir est très sympathique. Rien à dire là dessus. Je monte dans ma chambre que j'ai payé 146€ et là... Je fais demi tour pour redescendre voir le réceptionniste pour demander s'il n'y a pas d'erreur. La chambre est minuscule, avec un lit qui ne tient pas en place, il glisse sur le sol. Le lavabos est tellement petit qu'il ressemble à un lave main. L'entrée de la douche se trouve du côté du toilette ! Il faut se contorsionner pour aller faire mes ablutions. Même pas la place pour poser ma valise !... Pour me faire le café, je dois trouver une prise qui n'est pas à proximité de la table. C'est une honte de mettre HOTEL 3 ETOILES ! c'est un confort spartiate au niveau du 1ère classe !

Very clean nice and helpful staff

Overall, very pleasant stay. Room had all necessary things needed and was clean overall. Staff was nice and helpful. Only minor complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and can be a little loud at times. Also floor tiles especially near the bed were coming loose. Other than that, I was happy with experience.

I would recommend. Area was perfect location - generally quiet except for Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel was close to two Metro's, many cafes and restaurant options, and walking distance to sites including the Notra Dame. Staff was professional and the hotel was secure. Key cards had to be used to enter the main door and elevators, and there was always a staff member in the lobby area with visibility to the door and luggage lockers. Room was efficiently set up and clean. Small but to be expected given it's Europe. The bathroom was very tiny, hard for average sized male to maneuver (lots of knee and elbow bumping). The air conditioner worked well, but each time we reentered the room we needed to give some time to cool the room since all electricity would automatically turn off when you left the room/unplugged your key card. We wished they could have added a tiny refrigerator in the room or even an ice machine in the lobby.

For the price it was perfectly acceptable, nice clean and relaxing bed, very tiny bathroom, and small room. As expected with a hotel in this price point. My only suggestion, the walls are thin, you can hear everyone walking and whispering so bring ear plugs. Not bad enough where I would spend a ridiculous amount more per night elsewhere, but I got my money's worth. The staff were also wonderful.

Ideal for our visit and accommodation was good

Pas grand chose à repprocher à cet hôtel si ce n'est l'exiguité des chambres mais ça va avec le prix beaucoup plus abordable que dans d'autres établissements parisiens. Proche d'une station de métro , nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.Consigne pour les bagages à toute heure.Personnel serviable.Propreté.

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. Room cleaning very thorough. Street was nice and quiet overnight. Amazing location, great metro connections and lots in the area. unfortunately the hotel had building works downstairs, had I known I would have stayed elsewhere. Lots of banging a lot of the time, and unpleasant and awkward to be around downstairs when leaving or entering. I also was only given one tea bag for my 4 night stay, this was never replenished. Finally, the step coming off the shower is hardly visible meaning stubbed toes constantly when using sink. Needs caution tape or constrasting tiles

Great location, metro right beside it. Staff really helpful with questions. It's Paris, get over it, rooms are small.

Bathroom has no shower door , floor is sleeper after shower

Tout s’est très bien passé. L’accueil est un peu robotisé mais ce n’est pas très grave. Par contre l’ascenseur ne marchait pas et au quatrième étage avec une grosse valise c’était la galère. Mais bon c’est des problèmes qui peuvent arriver.

Great location, clean and convenient. Very friendly helpful staff. Great set up with leaving luggage before and after check-in. Very secure. Highly recommended.
