ホテルーエクスペディア間でミスがあり、予約が取れていなかった。 その後の対応も不十分かつ説明不足で、余計な費用まで支払う形になった。

最上階の部屋だったのでエレベーターを利用していましたが、遅いように感じました。

建物は古いですが部屋はきれいにリノベーションされてました。フロントも親切です。

部屋の広さはパリでは標準的な広さと思われ、広くはないが必要十分といったところ。部屋の中はきちんと改装されており新しく清潔であった。バスタブはなくシャワーのみだがちゃんとお湯も出るので不満はない。

Superbe hôtel. Très clean, mais les chambres sont étroites avec un lit pour bébé. Bien situé dans le 15e.

15 min walk to Eiffel Tower, lots of local eateries and a few food marts, metro station a block away.

Great place to stay if you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, If that is your priority to visit. Most other monuments are very far and are still walkable if you want to walk. The metro station isn’t too far (8 min walk) from the hotel and can get you anywhere you want to go.

Good service

This property was great except one thing- the shower was almost inaccessible and so slick one of my family members fell in the shower. It was borderline dangerous if someone has even slight mobility problems. Other than that the staff was great and very helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery stores, a laundromat and about 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel employees were very friendly. Room was a little small but very clean and upgraded. No AC, only heater, has a lift or elevator. Will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

All the staff were excellent. The room was not too small but big enough for our stay. Excellent location very clean would definitely stay again

Overall good stay. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, and the area feels very safe, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. Unfortunately, the room's thermostat was set to a fixed temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. I was cold throughout the entire stay, and since returning home, I’ve been sick for over a week. The room itself was extremely small—just enough space to squeeze past the bed to reach the bathroom and the door. While that might be expected in a central location like this, it’s worth noting. We requested no housekeeping after the first night but had the room cleaned after the second. When that happened, the complimentary bottled water wasn’t replenished—we only received the two bottles on the first night. Also, the bathroom’s sanitary kits were taken away (I opened one to see what was inside - items like the makeup remover or Q-tips, but never opened the second one), even though we hadn’t used them, they weren’t replaced when we needed them. On top of that, the hair dryer didn’t work at all, which made the room temperature feel so much lower. If you’re okay with those inconveniences, then the hotel is still a solid choice for its location and safety. But if those details matter to you, it’s something to keep in mind.

Zimmer war sehr klein, Bett war zum Schlafen gut. Das Platzangebot vom Badezimmer war erschreckend klein. Für eine Nacht aber sicherlich ausreichend. Der Rezeptionist tagsüber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Herr am Abend, war leider nicht in der Lage uns ein Taxi zu bestellen. Er hat uns dann ein Fahrzeug ohne Taxameter oder Kennzeichnung, mit einem unfreundlichen Fahrer besorgt. Der Fahrpreis war 3x so teuer wie zwei Stunden vorher mit einem Taxi!!
