立地もよく、スタッフ皆さんの対応もプロフェッショナルでした。 何よりホテルがとても居心地が良くパリに来た際はまたこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました。

すべてのスタッフが常に笑顔でフレンドリーでとても親切です。 質問やタクシーの予約などスムーズに対応してもらい、安心しての滞在ができました。 お部屋、ホテル館内は常に清潔が保たれています。 メトロ4番線のSaint-placide駅まで徒歩2分。95番、96番バス停もすぐ近く交通の便利もとてもいいです。

Goed ontbijt, goede ligging centraal in de stad, schone kamers, goede bedden, perfecte service. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamer een beetje klein is en weinig kastruimte heeft.

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruits, creamy scrambled eggs and many bread varieties and delicious butter. The rooms are very soothing and calm. The staff super friendly with free refills of still and sparkling water in the aluminum bottles provided

The room was quite small but ok if you travel solo and are out in town all day,the hotel is clean,quiet,stuff is police,amenities and design top notch ,overall great hotel

Family weekend in Paris. Well maintained and clean hotel. Location is excellent.

Staff were all amazing. It was our anniversary and we asked to have champagne in the room when we checked it The check in crew left a nice hand written note and gave us a couple free desserts. We had a great time in the late evening at the bar with Max. Thanks for the amazing stay.

The hotel is the perfect boutique hotel in an amazing residential neighborhood close to the Metro and several brasseries that are open late and serve decent food. The adjoining rooms are also perfect for families. The beds are comfortable, clean and with great amenities such as tea kettles, Nespresso machines, and Dyptique touletries. When available, the personalized service is wonderful. Unfortunately, some of the hotel staff are just rude, detached and unprofessional. And the interactions with those individuals are enough to poison the whoke stay. For example, I had asked for an earlier check-in, because we had an overnight flights with a child and arrived around noon after having traveled for 18 hours. I completely understand that it is not always possible. However, the reception representative’s complete unwillingness to triage the situation and prioritize the cleaning of the rooms for families with small children was almost cruel. In fact, even after the room was ready, he let us sit in the lobby exhausted like refugees, and it was not until I came to ask for the third time that he nonchalantly said “oh, yes, it’s been ready”. The next day I saw another family with small children experience the same treatment. There is always a more professional way of handling such a situation. The staff could prioritize families with children (especially because most of those from abroad come on overnight flights) and make their wait more comfortable instead of acting burdened.

Very friendly staff

Perfectly located, kind staff, great breakfast and really nice rooms. We had no issues whatsoever with any noice from outside or inside the building. Will come back to this hotel for our next trip to Paris.
