The staff were very kind and took good care of me

Very atmospheric with creative touches. Loved the individual china cuos, saucers and plates at breakfast. The stairs were manageable.

Room was freshly redone.

The room was huge and the shower was amazing! It was clean and decorated so nicely.

Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Besitzer sind super nett und die liebevoll gedeckten Tische zum Frühstück lassen einen entspannt in den Tag starten. Nachmittags wurde sogar eine Teepause herumgebracht.

Great position. Great vibe. You’re metres from an amazing eat street and 15 minutes walk from the old city. Breakfast was fine, no hot options. The downstairs room smelled weird, a strange cementy, catch in the back of your throat sort of thing. We asked for deodoriser, nothing came.

Nydelig lite hotell midt i smørøyet. Utallige restauranter og barer rundt. Fant betalt parkering i gata utenfor. Litt nedtur at jeg ikke hadde fått med meg at resepsjonen er stengt til kl 15. Stenger søren på kvelden også men da får du en kode. Men når vi kom oss inn var det en varm mottakelse. Vi hadde rom 5 som var stort mot gaten, sengen litt hard men ellers helt topp.

Lovely little hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Excellent staff. The hotel has an artsy bohemian feel to it with lots of colours and a welcoming feeling. We would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my seven nights stay at the Hotel du Cygne. Certainly, it is convenient. A 10 minute walk from the bus station, one minute walk to a fabulous row of restaurants and great access to the river, museums, and people watching. The hotel itself is in good condition and has a friendly staff. I stayed in room 22 and it was comfortable and clean with a good view, however, I would comment that if you are a tall person, perhaps this is not the best room for you. There are some low beams and the toilet is really made for a short person as it’s difficult to use given the slant of the roof and the beams. Certainly next time I would stay in another room that was more comfortable for a tall person. Otherwise, everything was great!

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, ideal for walking round the old town and restaurants. Fab decor!

Accommodation at this hotel was superb! Most comfortable bed and pillow on our European trip so far! Breakfast was fresh and plenty of variety on offer. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location to walk around city and train station a 20 min walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this small, eclectic hotel. It has personality. Room was surprisingly spacious for France, breakfast was good, staff was helpful, bill was ready before I asked for it. It's in a good area for dining out and walking. One small drawback-no elevator.
