I booked two nights with breakfast, but the reception desk told me without breakfast. After long trip from Japan, I had to ask of checking my booking. Breakfast itself was poor. In addition, I had a trouble with bathtub. Location and access to the public transport are excellent.

Parisのホテルとは思えないserviceと、素敵な部屋、お風呂に入りながらエッフェル塔が見えて本当に贅沢なひとときだった。またParisへきたら絶対泊まりたい。 少し値段は上がりますが、エッフェル塔が見える部屋をオススメします。ホテルから凱旋門まではタクシーで10分くらいの距離です。

The location was excellent for us. Very close to the Metro on lines 9 and 6, so in ready reach of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed was an unexpected bonus.

We stayed at hotel eiffel trocadero for 2 nights. Room 20 was lovely. The staff, especially wagner behind reception, were very polite and helpful. The location is great near the metro and eiffel tower. All round an amazing stay!

The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed! Can’t beat the proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The in hotel restaurant served delicious food at surprisingly reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was good.

WHAT A LOCATION!!! CLEAN, STAFF, SAFE !!!!!!! Second time staying there and will stay there again!!

Everything was wonderful. Quiet guest. You can hear chatter in the hallways and floor above you but folks are very respectful. We did not have any issues with noise. Slept well. It was a beautiful hotel. Full view of the eiffel tower from the bed and windows. All around a bery positive experience. Small bathroom and shower, but for Europe standard. Dont think that this is an ADA-kind of place. The elevator held two adults and two suitcases. The restaurant in the basement where the breakfast was served was leaa pleasant. There are many food options in the area and within walking distance. The bar and lounge area are significantly more pleasant and less functional. That said the wait staff was exceptional, professional, attentive, and kind.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Our room was perfection. The view was a constant delight. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast (we opted for the continental, served in the room) was delicious and generous. Directly near the hotel, there was little shopping. We did not care. We were so happy to be close to main attractions but off the tourist path. Thank you, thank you!

Great location, close to Eiffel Tower, clean/quiet rooms, and has an elevator!

Room was great and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! The unexpected winner was the whirlpool tub, that hit the spot! All staff were super friendly

Room was dirty, they hadn’t even clean the night table had pop all spilled on it and down the side. Shaggy was nice, maid was lovely. The toilet in the room was so close to the wall you had to sit sideways on the seat. The Jacuzzi tub was not working. That was a lot of the reason why we booked the room and when we asked to have the room changed. Their rooms were full as they only have 15 rooms in the whole building so we asked for something breakfast or a bottle of champagne from my room to be comped and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

THE FRONT DESK PERSONAL VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND NICE

This was such a cute quaint hotel. Location was perfect. The young man at the front desk was great. We were trying to get an uber to the airport and we were having trouble. He called us a taxi and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel de bonne qualité et bien placé pour ceux qui aime la tour Eiffel et le Trocadéro , personnel très sympathique. Dommage qu'il ne fournisse pas les chaines de Canal plud,surtout quand il y a une soirée Ligue des champions.

The boutique hotel was beautiful. There was an issue of no WiFi the day I checked in but everything us was lovely.
