ホテル自体は良かったですが、スタッフの対応が不親切でした。傘も借りられないホテルははじめてで、英語もあまり理解されていませんでした。 また駅からも離れているので、不便です。

Dès notre arrivée l’accueil fût très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre, chaleureux,... Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous avons profité du SPA avec un soin DUO de 45min et le hammam. RAS tout était parfait !!

Great staff and location

Very comfortable room and nicely decorated on our one night stay

The big step up - and more importantly down- in and out of the shower might be challenging for some when the stone floor and step are so wet, (the curtain hardly contained the spray). The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful with practical information about parking, etc. There was a lot of construction outside our window on the weekdays, but the noise was obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nicht weit vom Hafen und der Küste entfernt. Etwas ungewöhlich für ein Hotel ist, dass man die Zimmertür mit einem Schlüssel (an dessen Bund in meinem Fall ein unhandlicher Stein befestigt war) abschließen muss. Die Parkmöglichkeiten gehören nicht zum Hotel, sondern sind gewöhliche Parkbuchten an der Straße. Man muss dort täglich 2 Zeitfenster bezahlen, wofür ich morgends extra zu den Automaten laufen musste, da die Bezahlung über die App bei mir nicht funktionierte. Aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Leider war dann auch noch eine sehr laute Baustelle vor der Tür, die aber inzwischen wieder weg sein dürfte. Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut. Ob ich nochmal nach LeHavre reisen würde ist jedoch eine andere Frage, ich wollte in erster Linie die mit dem Auto gut erreichbaren Klippen von Etretat sehen und das hat von gut geklappt.

Was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I had an incident that was handled very well by the front staff. Can’t thank them enough!

Accueil déplorable. La réception a pris une communication à notre arrivée et au bout de 5 bonnes minutes, nous avons dû nous excuser pour qu'elle fasse une pause avec l'interlocuteur au téléphone et nous donne la clef de notre chambre. A notre départ, on ne nous a même demandé si nous avions passé un agréable séjour. Nous sommes très déçus et ne recommanderons pas cet établissement.

Top et très confort

Good breakfast. Nice bed. The church across the street made a good landmark when walking.

Very quaint property in good location with easy access to public transport and the port area. Great bakery close by. Strongly suggest that they install a handrail in the shower as it is difficult to get in and out of and difficult if you have age and mobility issues.

It’s a lovely place to stay and the staff is very helpful

There were a lot of flies in the room. The soap was expired. And the shower head was leaky.
