Séjour parfait, le personnel de l’hôtel est très aidant et présent. La navette pour se rendre au port de Bonnifacio est très pratique et rapide. Magnifique hôtel, je n’ai rien de négatif à dire.

Excellent all around. Fantastic service. Rooms were spacious. Impeccably clean. Great spa. Well rounded breakfast. Loved the complimentary transfer service that took you into the marina which was less than 10 min away. So convenient for dinners and a boat tour we did. Chiara at the front desk was beyond helpful. Loved everything about it.

La piscine vue citadelle est extraordinaire, le spa également. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain avec certitude.

The property is beautiful and has a great spa. The front of house staff were ok, seemed young and inexperienced and didn’t really deliver a 5 star service you would expect from a hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views of Bonafacio. But bring the sun loungers cushions inside when it rains for 24 hrs, they remained wet for 48 hrs afterwards. Lovely staff.

This was an outstanding five star hotel, but the one thing that irked me was that every time I asked for water I was looked at as if it were an odd request. We stayed for a few nights and every morning, one 75 cL bottle of water was in the room. For two people, that is 1/6th of the amount of water a standard person should drink in a day, someone like an athlete probably more. Not to mention that you’re in and out of saunas and what not, and anyone in that situation needs to replenish water. The restaurant charges $7 for the same 75 cL, and bottles are is “free” if you ask, but again when I did I got confused looks. However it did always come, it just was off putting. It just seemed silly that a a hotel of this caliber would not have water more accessible to its guests, especially for the price of everything else at the hotel ($20 cocktails, $48 spaghetti). That being said, facilities, food, everything else was outstanding.

Dieses Boutiquehotel hält sein Versprechen erstklassig zu sein. Die kleinen Villen passen sich hervorragend in die umgebende Macchia ein. Sie sind modern und auch bzgl. Interieur auf hohem Standard eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, immer freundlich und kompetent. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Er ist in Blickrichtung auf Bonifacio ausgerichtet, erlaubt einige Bahnen mit besonderem Schwimmerlebnis. Das Restaurant bietet französische Küche und Weine auf höchstem Niveau. Der SPA Bereich bietet 3 Saunen und Indoorpool mit Massagen und Co. Der Hotelshuttle fährt fast 24/7 nach Bonifacio und erlaubt so spontane relaxte Stadtbesichtigungen oder Bootstouren. Die Umgebung von Bonifacio ist mit seinen Klippen und Grotten einen Ausflug wert. Fazit: Das Hotel erfüllt alle hohen Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus.

Very attentive staff Gorgeous place Convenient

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, bemerkten wir einen feuchten Gestank. Erst später merkten wir, dass auch die Handtücher nicht ganz trocken waren. Ich sagte dem Concierge, dass dies der Fall ist und der jüngere Angestellte versprach uns, die Sache wir in Ordnung gebracht. Wir kamen vom Abendessen und im Zimmer war nichts geschehen, im Gegenteil, es roch stark nach Abfluss. Der zuständige ältere Concierge hatte keinerlei Interesse die Sache in Ordnung zu bringen. Beim Auschecken hat er uns als "Kompensation" das Frühstück von der Rechnung abgezogen.

Great staff, professional and friendly. The biggest issue is the GPS navigation does not give you the best way to get to the hotel. Please utilize the hotels directions.
