chambre très simple mais propre. par contre l'insonorisation est inexistante. mais le rapport qualité prix est bien

Accueil sympathique, propreté de la chambre a revoir, petit déj hors de prix pour la prestation reçue, très bruyant.

Chambre décevante , peu moderne, salle de bain d'un ancien temps , moquette au sol gondolante , pas de gel douche à disposition , oreillers inconfortables .

Nous y avons passé une nuit en famille. L'hôtel est assez vieillot. Le point positif c'est qu'il. Est a proximité de la cathédrale et du marché de Noël. Sinon les chambre ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Nous entendions très clairement nos voisins de la chambre à côté parler, et ceux du dessus qui marchaient ou sautaient sur le plancher... Vu le bruit que ça faisait. Nous n'avons pas prit le petit déjeuner sur place. Il est proposé à 10€/ personne, ce que je trouve assez cher pour ce type d'hôtel.

Chambre au 2eme etage, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait froid. Pas de pression au niveau de la douche, impossible de se rincer les cheveux Chambre mal insonorisée, voisins du 3eme etage bruyants. Heureusement la literie etait bonne et la couette chaude.

Bonne literie. Débit d'eau de la douche trop fin ; difficile de se rincer correctement !!!

Séjour agréable. Surclassement à notre arrivée. Nuit calme.

Personnel gentil, propreté pas top.

Accueil, propreté et situation : rien à dire. Mais chambre tres petite, coin lavabo-douche sans porte - et extrêmement bruyante, nous pouvions entendre ce que disaient nos voisines ! Et comme nous etions au 1er étage, nous avons eu le loisir de participer à la soirée musicale du café juste en dessous (commun avec l'hôtel). Je trouve de ce fait que le prix de la chambre est un peu élevé.

A very French experience and the location was perfect for us. It was easy walking distance from both Sciences Po campus and the Cathedral. Many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was quaint with a lovely courtyard. The Continental breakfast was very good, but perhaps not what some American might expect. Our room was small but adequate. The only thing that was a problem for us was that the wi-fi did not work well on the 2nd floor. Also, the front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Make sure the hotel is aware of your arrival time. I think they can give you a code that will give you access to your room key, but you might ask them before you arrive. If you are looking for a French experience, this is a good choice. If you "need" an American hotel, try the Best Western :)

Basic accommodations. Very friendly staff, great location and wonderful customer service.

Prijs/kwaliteit klopte niet helemaal wat mij betreft. Kamer op zich netjes maar wel aan de krappe kant voor een twee persoonskamer. Bed van 1.40 m. Lag aan de drukke straatkant waardoor je s morgens geen raam open kon hebben. Zat geen airco oid in de kamer waardoor het heel heet was en als je dan geen raam open kan zetten is het behoorlijk zweten. Ontbijt was zeer eenvoudig, had wel iets meer verwacht voor een hotel. Wel lekker brood. Locatie was top tov het centrum.

The toilet room was tiny and hard to use. No door on the washroom. No dresser. Very small room. Maid service left by 11am. Tiny TV.
