スタッフさんの丁寧な対応がとても助かりました。駅からも近くてとても便利なホテルです。

駅前なのかニ━スなのか部屋が宿泊費に対して狭い。 今回の旅行の宿泊費が一番高かった。

シャワー室が狭かったのと、壁床が薄く歩く音話す声がとても響きました。冷蔵庫、ポットがあり良かったです。フロントにはジュースやおつまみの入った自販機がありました。

Great location walking distance (2-3 minutes) from Nice Ville railway station and also the trams to the waterfront. Lots of dining and shopping options close by, as well as a self service laundry which was useful during our stay. Room was a superior double room with balcony, good size room but small balcony although big enough for 2. Clean room and cleaned daily with change of towels. Reception staff were always helpful. Biggest problem was the very strong and unpleasant smell, drains, rubbish, air conditioner?? that we smelt at different times every day. Noticed other guests had noted this also, so bring a bottle of perfume to help cover the odour, otherwise a great place to stay if exploring the south of France by train.

Rent og ryddig , hyggelig personalet , behjelpelig og lett å snakke med , hadde ikke noen strandutsikt, men veldig sentralt lett og komme seg rundt omkring og utenfor Nice . Jeg kommer helt sikkert å booke det igjen. Takk for hyggelig oppholdet👍

Nice hotel to stay in if you’re frequently out and about. It’s conveniently located very close to transit. Only about a 3 minute walk to Gare Thiers stop on L1. A 2 minute walk to Gare de Nice Ville where you could easily take a train out of the city. 10-15 minute walk to the seafront/Promenade Des Anglais. My only complaint is that you can easily hear your neighbours, which can be a bit disruptive but that all depends on who is sleeping next to you. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!

The hotel room was spacious for 3 single beds and very clean. The location is very convenient being very near to the train station and tram stop. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it's within walking distance to the old town and the main shopping street.

La localisation était parfaite. 2 minutes de la gare et de tous les services. Hôtel très confortable et accueillant!

The food was the worst! My daughter and I ate just once there on last day and she got full fledged food poisoning!! Throwing up and diarrhea for the train trip and music festival we were heading to! Such an awful experience!! Be warned! Don’t eat there!!! Less severe but still annoying stuff: There is a construction next door, full demolition, we were waking up to super loud construction noise every day! There was a crazy couple in the room next door, fighting and yelling at each other each day. I reported it once, it didn’t help much. Worst thing is that hotel rooms don’t even have phone to call front desk and they don’t respond to messages in the app. I had to go down at 11pm to report it.

This is my second time staying here. The breakfast is wonderful and worth it! The lobby is great & has water, coffee and good wifi. The rooms are nice, small, but nice. Everything you need. Very close to the metro, which is way I chose to stay here!

Great location close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk from the old town. Staff were nice. Hotel was very clean and air conditioning was amazing with the heat wave going on in France at the moment. They stored our bags for us on our last day which was handy. Overall would highly recommend for anyone planning to do lots of days trips due to the proximity to the train station.

Hotellet har väldigt små rum. Och väldigt litet badrum. Sängen var bekväm. Frukosten var okej även om kaffet inte var så bra. Bra läge. Trevlig personal.

I doubted between giving 5 or 1 star. Mixed feelings about the place. Check-in was nice. I asked for a bowl and they got it to me. Friendly at check in. I went to bed very late. 4am. And was gonna sleep in. At 9am I was working up by jackhammer. Construction next door. And it literally was nonstop till noon. And stated again at 1. When I asked reception about it, and why wasn’t informed about it. They said that it only started a week an ago and they surprised too. And I should have told them earlier if a problem so they could move to other room now it’s too late. Making it sound like it’s my problem. They send 2 message in the week before check in to check in online but they couldn’t bother to notify there was a next door construction going on that might create disturbance, neither any sign at reception about it nor verbal notification as then I could have gone to bed a bit earlier. Next day would be Saturday so I hoped to catch up sleep next day. I had my do not disturb sign on and checking out that day. At 9 housekeeping entered the room while I was still in bed. What???? There is a do it disturb and there would be no reason to try to enter unless you are notified I checked out. Which made me also wonder why the prior day when I had do not disturb on as I didn’t need housekeeping, the airco temperature had change while I was out. Shower didn’t drain well. Had to close shower and drain to prevent floor flooding. The place went from great to too many concerns.

Super convenient location - one block away from the main station, and one block from the tram into the old city. Rooms were nice and airy.

Clean rooms, great location. Staff could be a bit more accommodating they gave the self serve vibe.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were awesome. Very helpful. I had a great time.

Nous y sommes restés 12 jours en provenance du Canada. Points positifs: emplacement parfait et personnel de la réception gentils. Toutefois: eau du lavabo sent le souffre (œuf pourri), chambre petite et mal organisée: aucune table de chevet, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain ni aucun crochet pour y mettre notre serviette. Frigidaire très petit et fonctionnel de temps en temps seulement. Mur de la chambre mal insonorisé donc on entend tout des chambres voisines. Construction dans l’immeuble adjacent de l’hôtel: le bruit nous réveille tous les matins. Les draps doivent être changés tous les 3 jours: ne le sont pas, sauf si demande à la réception. Les verres doivent être lavés/changés tous les jours. Ne le sont pas sauf si demande à la réception. Le plancher de la salle de bain n’est tout simplement jamais lavé et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche

Parfait pour une nuit à côté de la gare. Chambre au premier étage pas trop bruyant sauf quand une voiture stationne avec music à fond qq minutes 😅. Salle de bain neuve et bien agencé

Clean room, helpful and very nice staff. Super close to the train, not even a 5 min walk. And close to old nice and the beach. Walkable and everything is near by.

Trivelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rent rom med aircondition. Balkong. God plassering, i nærheten til togstasjonen, men heller ikke mer enn en kort spasertur til gågata og stranda.
