場所は便利。キッチン付きは便利。スタッフは普通。

初めて利用しました。パリではいろんなホテルとアパルトマンに泊まるようにしていますが（勉強と経験のため）、このアパルトマンは私の一番です（今のところ）。メトロの使い勝手がよく、駅からも近く、モノプリもコインランドリーもレストラン（利用せず）あって環境もよく、スタッフもフレンドーでした。本当は延泊をしたかったのですが、スタッフによって返事にムラがあり、結局、他のアパルトマンへ移動しました（予約をした後に延泊できることがわかった）。ここは次回も利用すると思います。オススメします。ひとつだけ、、バスルームのヒーターがかなり高温になるので、触れないようにご注意ください（狭いので気を許すと触れてしまう）。でも、冬のパリには有難い温度だと思います。

全仏オープンテニスの為、宿泊しました。地下鉄2号3号線のVilliersと言う駅から2分程度の所にあるキッチン付きのアパートメントホテルです。特に全仏オープンテニスの会場に近いわけでは有りませんが、キッチン付きののホテルは余り無かったので、此処にしました。テニスは前半戦は試合の数も多く朝から夜まで観戦するので、夕食は余りそとに出て食べる気がしないのでキッチン付きは助かります。近くにはスーパーも有り滞在するには、便利でした。WiFiは無料で。機器の台数に応じてアカウントを発行してくれて、通常のインターネット メール等は特に不自由しませんでした。但し、冷蔵庫は非常に小さく、野菜 肉の保存はできませんでした。洗濯機は付いていないので、ランドリーに出す以外は手洗いの必要があります。ダイニングと寝室は別なので、夜遅く迄テレビを見る人には、便利です。

Funcionários simpáticos, excelente localização, perto do metrô, bons restaurantes, mercados e do belíssimo Parc Monceau, quarto espaçoso com camas muito confortáveis. Fomos comemorar os 15 anos da minha filha e foi tudo perfeito.

This stay was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, which we accepted, but when we returned, the elevator was broken. Our room was on the European 3rd floor—four flights of stairs. Management repeatedly assured us the elevator would be fixed, yet it never was for the entire five nights. My husband has bad knees, and the constant stair climbing left him in severe pain that continues nearly a month later. Their repeated promises felt like lies. The room itself was in terrible condition. The couch was filthy and dingy, clearly not cleaned in years. The dishwasher was broken. The in-room phone didn’t work, nor did the front desk phone. Only one bottle of water was provided, forcing us to navigate stairs just to refill it. Did I sign up for an airbnb?? Housekeeping was abysmal: bathrooms were never cleaned daily, hair left on the floor, towels not replaced even if deliberately left on the floor. The safe was already locked when we checked in. We reported all these issues immediately, and nothing was fixed—not a single problem addressed during our stay. The only positive was the front desk staff, who were polite and courteous, and did help with our luggage. But management failed completely. Compensation promised at checkout never materialized, and corporate never followed up. This stay was not just disappointing—it was an ordeal. I will never stay at another Sonder property, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The accomodation was lovely and suited us well. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. The first being that the room wasn't ready in time for our arrival time, however we were able to use the restaurant/ cafe. The room we had was unfortunately up a flight of stairs (section without a lift) which was difficult with a large suitcase and with a toddler/ pram. Overall the room was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The location of the hotel was great too.

After encountering a minor issue at our originally booked hotel, we were fortunate to discover this property as a last-minute alternative. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was exemplary, with exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was remarkably spacious for Paris, offering both comfort and convenience. The hotel’s location is equally appealing—set in a charming neighborhood filled with cafés, restaurants, and patisseries. Guests can reach the city center with a pleasant 25-minute walk, while public transportation and ride services such as Bolt provide quick and affordable alternatives. In summary, this hotel combines excellent service, comfort, and a delightful location, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers visiting Paris.

We felt really safe and secure staying here. It was very clean and the staff at reception were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a convenient location to walk everywhere or to catch the metro less than a block away. We were able to leave our luggage locked up securely while we waited for our room to be prepared which gave us an opportunity to explore and walk around freely. Parc Monseau very close by and so beautiful to see as well. Thank you!

주위에 여기 호텔 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정한부분도 있었지만 우선 4명이 지내기에 독립적인 공간같아서 넘 좋았습니다.처음만나는 프랑스인들과의 첫인상이 이 호텔에서의 처음 이미지인데 친절하게 안내해주시고 공항에서 늦은시간에 왔음에도 친절하게 설명해주셔서 감사했어요.위치가 가까이 역도 있고 가까운 관광지도 멀지않으며 화장실이 우선 복층구조에 2개라 편안하고 좋았습니다.호텔 뒷편은 카페나 맛잇는 빵집이나 큰슈퍼가 있어서 매일 맛있는 음식을 사먹을수 있어서 편했어요.저녁에도 주변은 안전하다는 생각이 들어서 좋았습니다.

Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

Great staff, tended to our every need and also housekeeping kept our hotel room clean and prepared
