ベッドも広く、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテルの無料駐車場のスペースが狭く、中型車以上だと隣の駐車車両によっては入出庫が難しいです。 また、公共の駐車場がありますが1日泊めると非常に高いです（。こちらは、駐車スペースは広いです。） 立地条件は最高です。すぐ目の前にシャルトル・ノートルダム大聖堂があり、街中なので買い物もそこそこ出来ます。夜の大聖堂のライトアップも綺麗でした。

ホテルの方は皆さんとても親切で快適でしたが、ただあまりに壁が薄くて、隣の声が丸聞こえでした。そこだけが残念…。ロケーションも最高です！

We chose this hotel as the secure parking is first class. Unfortunately in this very old town exsists this hotel of a similar description. The public areas have had investment but the rest is very much like 'visiting your 90 year old aunts house.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Chartres mais grosse difficulté pour stationner.

la chambre était belle avec vue sur la cathédrale mais l espace toilette douche WC et lavabo dans un placard un peu petit avec un petit rebord dangereux pour les orteils et une seule serviette par personne trop juste en general il y en a deux par personne

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sehr freundliches Personal und ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Kathedrale.

Ideal location for exploring the town and very close to the cathedral, which is beautiful. Hotel reception, bar and dining areas all chic and nicely decorated. Great varied buffet breakfast. Secure, covered car parking nearby.

We loved this stay! It was an excellent location. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it! The price was fabulous. I would highly recommend!

Je pense que c'est pour la première fois que je vais dire mal d'un établissement. Mais mon séjour à Chartres faisait partie d'un parcours des cathédrales et j'ai pu le comparer avec les hôtels, moins chers, à Laon, Rouen et Amiens. Un hôtel et plus un restaurant et un bar. En rentrant après 23h vous croisez à la réception des clients des deux salles qui circulent dans le couloir, mais pas une seule personne derrière le comptoir. N'importe qui peut monter à l'étage avec les chambres. D'autre part la salle de douche est minuscule et dégage les mauvaises odeurs (en tout cas dans ma chambre). Enfin un hôtel qui est "un choix excellent où séjourner" (citation sur la page de hotels.com) ne propose ni la climatisation (OK, on est au nord) ni même la ventilation alors que la température dehors dépasse largement 30C. Pour terminer sur une note positive : l'hôtel est très bien placé - à quelques minutes de la cathédrale et de la gare SNCF

This hotel is really great. It’s about a five min walk from the train station and very close to the cathedral. No AC but I had a fan and the window opened. Breakfast is very good. It would have been helpful if the do not disturb sign was on the door knob instead of the desk. I could not find it and enthusiastic housekeepers just opened the door a couple times. Would stay again.

Emplacement très bien situe

Wir haben bessere Unterkunft gehabt mit weniger Sternen, das Zimmer ist klein und mit Rollstuhl nicht machbar, schon weil der Lift ganz klein ist. Wenn sie wenig essen möchten für viel Geld, können sie im Hotel essen, ansonsten gibt es vor Ort genug Möglichkeiten.

Great location, nice hotel unless you want to sleep, at least when there is a party going on. Walls are very thin. Carryover from a wedding party was noisy well past 3 in the morning. We asked to move to a different room but they said they would handle it. Normal talking in adjacent room comes right through the walls. Bathroom was a bit small and parking was quite limited. They directed us to a local public parking garage which worked fine. View of the cathedral was awesome.
