場所は治安悪めですが、また入口が分かりにくいけど、お部屋はとても良しです。器具は最新で、なにより水圧がパリで見た事ないくらい出ます！冷蔵庫も広め、食器も揃ってます。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても良かったです。

親子で滞在 星６つだそうです（娘の評価） 特に良かった点は、フロントの対応や清潔感 お部屋は掃除が行き届いていたこと 余分なアメニティグッズがなかったこと 暖房の効きが良かったこと シャワーの状態も良かったこと さらにキッチンの使い勝手も良かった 娘曰く、外出からホテルに戻る際に見えるあからさまな周辺のお店のネオンが 気恥ずかしい思いを抱いたとのこと それが唯一引っかかったことだそうです

I was very concerned about the hotel being located in the entertainment area (Pigalle) and between those two shops after reading the reviews but decided to book it because it is just south of Montmartre. As it turned out, the location did not seem to be a big safety problem because there were a lot of tourists around for Moulin Rouge and other top attractions nearby. However, very surprised by the extremely small lobby with just a small counter, two chairs, no storage room, and restroom outside...etc. But staff was friendly and our "penthouse" room was clean and nicely equipped with a bedroom and mini kitchen with SMEG appliances. The best part is the location as we were able to leisurely walk to Montmartre/Sacre-Coeur twice (morning and sunset) on two different days.

The room was small but had everything we needed. The area is nice and walking distance to a lot of key points. I would stay here again.

The hotel is quite lovely, I was quite impressed with the decor and attention to details in my room. Beautiful bathroom too! The staff were very gracious and helpful, I certainly would stay there on any future trips to Paris!!!

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor and views from top floor. Small lift/elevator, but there was one available. Staff friendly and helpful, walking distance to Montemarte and metro station very close by. In “red light” district but did not bother us, once inside hotel it was calm and quiet.

Not the most desirable location, a bit outside the city, but otherwise absolutely superb little gem. Spacious room, comfortable bed, lots of storage. Fantastic bathroom with marble and beautiful finishes. Towel warmer. In-room coffee, if you are so inclined. Between two convenient Metro stops. Staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Klein aber fein, sehr sauber und gemütlich, unweit vom Zentrum. Im Vergnügungsviertel von Paris (Pigalle, Moulin Rouge)

The hotel overall was good for the price! It is located in between a bunch of adult stores and strip clubs so something to be wary about as there is a certain crowd on the streets! It also is very very loud throughout the day but mostly all night, not even for a portion but from 10pm-7am there is loud music, people screaming and talking and you will definitely hear it in your room. Our shower also leaked every time we used it and one time went into the carpet in our bedroom, the hotel was fully booked and staff didn’t really offer a solution.

This property is very clean, the front staff is kind, and the location is good. The room was very large too and had a mini fridge. Great location I would stay again

The facility was charming and i would definetly stay there again. Good walking distance to beautify village like area but the actual street is filled with sex toy shops. that said the historic Moulan Rouse was pretty cool.

Handy to metro and modern facilities- shortcomings are no elevator to first floor and next door to strip club in seedy area (nothing untoward happened but some might not like it). Well priced for Paris and generally quiet.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, más sin embargo la estancia no fue del todo buena, nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña y con el mínimo de cosas, mi estancia fue de 4 noches y la vdd. Se acabó el shampo, no lo rellenaron, se acabó el acondicionador y jabón de manos y no lo repusieron. Aún cuando el personal de limpieza entró a la habitación todos los días. Me hicieron una retención de $50 euros por algún daño. Y a mi partida no me comentaron nada de la de evolución.

The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed the balcony. It was also a luxury to have a full sized shower, a kitchenette, an elevator, and a full length mirror. Very close to the metro and Moulin Rouge. The room did have a smell and I would have to air it out by opening the balcony when in the room.

I was a little taken aback when I arrived at this hotel because it is smack dab in the middle of the "red light" district and I was traveling with my granddaughter. I am happy to report that we had a wonderful stay without incident. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is central and close to the Metro. I would absolutely stay here again! You will have to walk up one flight in order to access the elevator, but I would still highly recommend this hotel.
