Hôtel bien situé , accueil très chaleureux et arrangeant. Les chambres sont confortables L’emplacement au cœur de la station est à la fois un réel atout mais aussi un petit inconvénient lié au bruit Seul bémol ( le manque d’insonorisation ) Largement compensé par la sympathie des gérants et du personnel

Certes la chambre mansardée sans balcon avec cette chaleur ce n'était pas l'idéal, mais hôtel était bien dans l'ensemble. Piscine très agréable, situation centrale.

Great central location Ideal base for a short ski break

Ideally situated in the centre of Samoen, bedroom and bathroom sizable and well equiped. Had to remove mattress rubber cover as uncomfortable and rustled too much. Breakfast choice, quality and availability was great.

A good hotel to stay in for five nights skiing.... some of the reviews mention that the staff aren’t too friendly etc.... they’re okay and the hotel is spacious (family rooms with little mezzanine for kids are great fun!).... better than others we’ve stayed in and good value for money! And location great! Breakfast good too!

Really cute hotel, very in keeping with a skiing holiday. Reception weren’t very friendly and there was nobody there when we came to check out. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly cleaners, lovely comfy bed and pillows

The staff was very nice and breakfast was ok, but we did not spend a good night. The mezzanine part of the room where the children were supposed to sleep was unbearbably hot, despite the fan we brought in. The matresses were uncomfortable AND covered in noisy plastic sheets. On top of that, we were unlucky: there was a big party/concert that night at the bar downstairs. It could have been very nice, but not so much after a long day of driving with two tired children. There was also a big storm, which meant a lot of noise as we were under the roof, even after the music had died down.

Enregistrement rapide personnel sympa. L'accès pour les handicapés est compliqué pas d'accès pour les fauteuils. Piscine intérieure sympa. Extérieure fermé l'hiver. Petit dej normale. Pas de restauration il faut réservé ailleurs. Bar d'hiver très sympa.
