スタッフの対応がとても親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。出張で利用しましたが、次回も利用すると思います。部屋は、とびきり綺麗という程ではありませんが、清潔です。備え付けのコーヒーやティーバッグが古かったのが少し気になりました。エアコンは新しく、夏でも快適でした。シャワーのお湯は、出るまで少し時間がかかりますが、一度出れば安定していました。部屋の冷蔵庫は少し古いです。エレベーターもあり、助かりました。

staffはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 朝食も美味しい。

駅近くで便利、部屋も清潔。ホテルの向かいが飲食店で夜遅くまで少しうるさかった。寝てしまえば問題なし。

Es un hotel pequeño con habitación es igual pequeña pero en una zona muy bien ubicada en medio de todo con muchísimos restaurantes, bares y metros alrededor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para una estancia de 3-4 días en París. Costo beneficio me pareció justo

La chambre au 6e est très confortable. L'internet fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très varié ; produits frais et très variés. Plusieurs sites touristiques facilement accessibles à pied (Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre) Le personnel est très gentil; on nous a aidé suite à une réservation faite en ligne où je n'avais pas reçu les billets. Je le recommande fortement!

Not much available for breakfast which was quite expensive. Small rooms and no hot water, only lukewarm. Comfortable bed, great location.

Really friendly check-in, comfortable quiet room. Located in a great neighborhood not far from Montmartre. Excellent value & would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location!

This is a great little hotel in a central area of Paris. It is clean, with great staff, has air conditioning for most of the summer, is a short 3-5 minute walk from a metro station and lots of restaurants around it. Long: What you need to understand about Paris is that it is a big city, trying to be as ecofriendly as possible, and that is not used to high heat. The rooms here are small but most Paris hotels and even apartment rooms are smaller than American ones. Only warning is may not be great for plus size people. They have AC but only use it during the hottest months because electricity is super expensive in France and to help the environment. Some things took a little jiggling to make work and there were some tiles missing from the shower but everything did work and was very clean. They even offered cleaning every day which is rare in France because washing thousands of towels/day is not ecofriendly. The staff are very nice and even went an extra mile to get me into my room early and to get me an ice pack when I needed one. French people are honest and direct and rarely bend over backwards for customers because they have healthy boundaries. Deal with it. Also, yes in places on the street there were homeless people and the streets are not sparkling but that’s big cities. TL/DNR: Great Paris hotel, if you want an American hotel experience pay more to stay at an American chain, and if you’re not used to big cities, you signed up for a new experience, so get ready.

It was conveniently located and accessible to all attractions. We walked to the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. There was a metro close by for getting everywhere. The room was very small and the street was busy and noisy in the evening, but quiet later at night and mornings.

A hotel in Opera region of Paris that does not live up to the competition in this area. Hotel room is very small and bathroom is tiny. Our room was found to be in urgent need of refurbishment. The hotel management gave an impression they are just surviving on a day-to-day basis by providing low quality repairs to rooms. They also do not appear to be motivated to make guests feel welcome. There was limited volume of hot water provided to our room that was not sufficient to cover two short showers.

The room was very small and unpractical. The washroom’s ceiling is too low that your head touches the ceiling. There were ants in the room also. The elevator is so small that only 1 person fits with luggage. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but the room was very small and the bed uncomfortable. The only thing we enjoyed was the conversation with the front desk person who could speak Spanish.

Good rooms and great area to stay in!

Staff was so helpful and friendly. My daughter couldn’t walk and they helped us so much by helping to locate ice and providing suggestions on where to visit for patisseries and shopping. Thanks everyone! Only drawback is the noise on the street side. Made for a bit of an unpleasant sleep girls 2/3 of the nights. The service made it worth the while though!!!
