Champre propre emplacement calme et personnelle sympatique.

Very clean and firm bed but should add 2nd sheet for comfort. Overall it’s a nice place to stay. We would recommend it highly.

I booked a room with a balcony, but to my surprise there were no chairs or table on the balcony, even though the other balconies had furniture. We asked twice if it was possible to get furniture so we could actually enjoy the balcony that we had paid extra for. The staff informed us that there was no furniture available. During check-out, we made a complaint about this, and the first thing the staff asked was: “Did you ask for furniture?” I’m sorry, but that’s like having to ask for a knife and fork at a restaurant, it should already be there… I also contacted the hotel afterwards but never received any response. Therefore, I unfortunately have to leave a negative review. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly, but it is not worth paying extra for a balcony that cannot be used. On top of that, the hotel manager’s arrogance in not even responding to our complaint is very disappointing… I told the staff that if they haven’t contacted me within 24h I will send my mail… still haven’t heard from them nor have they answered my email…

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of the city, walkable to all areas

The man on the front desk with the beard and the beret during the day was so helpful and friendly. His recommendations for where to eat for dinner were excellent and he was a joy to try to speak my bad French with (don'worry - his English is perfect). The breakfast was delicious, plenty of options but hot food does arrive about 30 minutes after the breakfast starts at 7am. Water pressure and heat is good with the showers. The rooms (and the lift) is small, but that's Paris, and it's a boutique hotel! Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

Equipe fantástica, fomos muito bem recebidos. Quartos sempre bem limpos, café da manhã bom. Maior destaque realmente é o acolhimento da equipe do hotel. Excelente estadia.
